Hello NinjaVan pls check your drivers... Got one stolen my parcel and captured on CCTV. Put parcel take photo then take it away. He knows people will assume it is passerby who stole the delivered parcel. Too bad this driver called Jia Jun who delivers in the West got caught on CCTV. Very disappointing how you guys decided to close the police case by resolving it internally without giving any answers to my wife. Who knows the thief is allowed to continue working in your company or as a partner because you are obviously understaffed.

Ninja Van customer service cmi one. Got 1 time the delivery man threw our package on the floor, when he was reminded that he was not wearing a mask during COVID period. We feedback it to the customer service. No action was taken. No apologies also. Very unprofessional.

@@Roundyyy I just had a terrible ninjavan service this past week after watching this video. The driver deliver, take photo of package then carry package away after marked delivered. It is theft!!! We have CCTV so we reported to police but eventually police got the company to resolve it internally rather than charge him with theft. They say Lazada refunded my wife so there was no lost of property. What logic is that? Means I can rob a bank then return when I get caught? Who knows how many parcels are stolen by these Ninjas. The name of the guy is Jia Jun and he delivers at West side.

Ninja van service really is overkill, I have written in so many times to just deliver one parcel they email me message me and I still dont receive the 1st time round. I am seated at home and the message I get is that no one is at home. BULLshit service la, the simple courier companis just bloody deliver minus the fluff
