It is a rasengan bonus ultimate they put into the game, kinda like a what if naruto had used a giant rasengan in his tailed mode. It is a bonus, though, I think of it as a dbz move, it is like goku's spirit bomb , but red lol, Or better yet, it is like kid buu's planet burst. :P
