Always had a soft spot for her in the games her fighting style with all the flips was always super cool to me. Even to this day I think she along with Kabuto has some of the most stylish taijutsu combos even on Storm 4. A shame about her ultimates though.

Ino was always my favourite in terms of design and abilities, especially on games like this. Her flips, drill kicks, and moves like that just looked really cool. I wish they gave her moves like this in the anime.

I’m not crazy about how they base all her special moves on genjutsu (which she never used), flowers, or random punches/kicks. I get that Mind Transfer isn’t a damage move, but instead of completely making things up, they could use her mind destruction jutsu somehow.

j0eycans the jutsu is hard to replicate if they don’t simply have her use an attack like a bomb, like in her TS jutsu. It’s not made to be offensive. Additionally, in her info book years ago, that Kishimoto released, she was one of the top students of her class and excelled in Genjutsu . Kishimoto just wasted her and many others potentials and the TS/Shippuden version of her here, should have been what we got. It’s sad.

Take example in 1:51 that's is how Ino's jutsu work. There's no explosion, flashy jutsu magic, or anything. Now compare it with the genjutsu and flower version. Which do you think more appealing to the audiences in general? It's obvious that her jutsu is not combative, it's more of a support. The same as why Tsunade and Sakura or even Shizune has also super strength and chakra scalpel not just healing jutsu. Supportive ability was never meant for combat.

It's not completely made up, Ino's family owns a Flower Shop, and it was shown in a flashback during her fight against Sakura that she would throw poisonous flowers at the other kids.

She can take over and read minds, cause their bodies to lose control, displace other people's minds into objects, her dad was a higher up in the village, she knows some medical jutsu, yet she didn't get to see her do anything with any of that. She has a few good moments in the war so better late than never and she's in charge of detecting suspicious chakra in the village now but I just wish she had more time to really shine
