Narwal Freo X Ultra Smart Vac Review - good? quiet? actually tangle free?

I’ve been using a mid generation system of iRobot vacuum and mop (separate units). They frequently need help to complete even one run (the mop does better). We still use them but frequently give up on them for days at a time. While I am definitely ready for the next system, I will wait for Matter to add these this year and get one that is officially using Matter and hopefully has some more interesting options especially LiDAR

Your ketchup test is brutal! Very impressed that it performed as well as it did. I'd really like to see more robot floor cleaners integrate Shortcuts to clean specific rooms or areas. There aren't many that I know of that offer that feature. Fantastic video as always Brad!

iRobot does! I built a super handy shortcut that I pinned to my home screen that I can just tap and send my vacuum to clean a specific area of the house that’s dirty

Great review, looks like a really nice product. I think I’m gonna stick with my Q Revo for now until we see how/if Apple supports robot vacuums with matter later this year.

You indicated the promotion goes from March 6th - March 12th; I tried to purchase it first thing this morning [March 6th] and at checkout, it stated the promotion is no longer available. I emailed Narwal this morning, uploaded your video [showing the timeline for promotion dates], and called them at noon. I am not getting any support from their customer service on this issue. The Narwal should be extending this promotion until March 12th, as indicated in the video. I just got out of the hospital. I am in a leg cast [non-weight barring] and was looking for a robot vacuum to assist me until I learned to walk again.

Can other cleaning concentrates be used such as Pinesol? If so, would we just add it directly to the clean water tank?

@QuranwithRain Yes that new roller is genius. I thought the previous model had a similar dirt sense technology don't quote me on that though.
