Not sure where ive been but im ashamed to say this is my 1st time hearing this. As i listen to it with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart because of a fight and words exchanged with my adult son that i never imagined being said. This puts me in a mindset of a father talking to his son. I know you dont understand at times when i give you tough love but its done out of love and when its needed. If i see you going down the wrong path its my duty to pull you by the coat tail and give you advice or redirection. I want you to be better than me in every way. My bark has always been louder than my bite so at times try and look past the tone of my voice and absorb the lesson. I love you son..@ jcole.... @nas.... thank you for this. Its doing some healing in my heart.
