DJ RED ALERT on Friday 's and Saturday night's from 9:00P.M. till 12:00 Midnight. I taped the whole 3 hours every week. My brother thought I was crazy. Said that rap was a fad like breakdancing. I knew that it was the beginning of something special. The 3 songs that, to me, took rap to that next level were: "THE MESSAGE" , then " SUCKER MC" and finally " I CAME IN THE DOOR I SAID IT BEFORE I NEVER LET THE MIC MAGMATISE ME NO MORE" I think it was called "DEAD PRESIDENTS" by Eric B and RAKIM.
