I was the general manager of the company that created the ceramic composite spinneret through which the tether deployed. When it broke we were very concerned that there might have been a problem with our part. Though saddened, we were also relieved to find out the problem was with the cable itself😅.

At the time of the incident, astronaut Franklin Chang-Diaz explained the objects seen near the tether as "a little bit of debris that kind of flies with us." The debris, he said, was illuminated by the sun. Later, John Tindall of the History Channel noted that the camera's telephoto lens was used with a circular mirror that had a hole in the middle, which left an artifact on the images. Because the images on the camera were overexposed by bright sunlight, objects appeared brighter than they were, giving the illusion they were behind the tether rather than in front of it, Tindall said.

They tricked gullible viewers into thinking the swarm showed up soon after the tether broke away, as a curiosity reaction. The swarm sequence is actually four DAYS after the break. They concealed the much sharper hand-held 70-mm camera images the crew took of the very THIN tether, with out of focus 'orbs' [nearby small objects] passing in front. They never explained how the miles-wide hypothetical objects passing BEHIND the tether wouldn't have been as big and bright as the full moon passing through the sky of ground observers. They carefully neglected to mention how the rim notch of all the fuzzy-blob images was 'clocked' to the same angle depending on where in the camera field-of-view the objects were passing, conclusive proof it was a feature of camera internal structure.

As much as I want to believe that this video is proof of intelligent beings or whatever you choose to call it, I'm thinking it's merely space debris or some natural effect that isn't seen until the tether breaks and the cameras adjust themselves to record that particular spot in view. Making these natural space ephemera visible, although they were always there the entire time and are STILL there right now. I think it's just the cameras focusing in on that particular area in view due the tether breaking and once the cameras focus in on it, it's now possible to see these pieces of natural phenomenon that are in close proximity to the tether. I'm far from a scientist and don't pretend I know the inner workings of cameras nor do I know much about meteorological occurrences, but if I'm not mistaken, most things in nature are round and are made up of tiny particles that are round, as well. I think it's a natural effect......... THIS particular occurrence anyways. But, as far as many other videos I've seen, there's no doubt in my mind that THOSE are showing some kind of intelligent design or event. Now, nice and easy on the responses. It's just my opinion. Let's not get nasty now 😏

You're going around spamming this on every comment, you're either a BOT, or a complete bootlicking lemming. If you looked at this footage and got "debris" or "dust" etc. then you're completely lost, breathing through the mouth. Tether was 12 miles long and FULL of energy. The objects are perfectly consistent in shape, and patterns, and with different sizes (impossible to be debris). They are moving and changing directions orbiting the object while pulsating in the exact same copy-paste patterns/shapes. Anyone with 2 brain cells rubbing can see it plain as day, its not even in question. Read between the lines, John and others can't tell anyone what they're seeing on a daily basis. Thanks

To that annoying wozibozi in cel aut ist copying & pasting the same comment on all the other comments asking what those objects are, here's the easy rebuttal to your mindless parroting of the narrative control talking points: the recording camera's autoexposure routine doesn't work that way. If there are many bright objects in the scene, any camera's autoexposure logic would try to even out the overall exposure value of the entire frame by underexposing the image to balance the overall exposure, meaning the bright objects would become darker and more of the detail would be captured, while the dark background would become darker as a result. Autoexposure is tuned to an 18% gray card. It would be hilariously convenient if NASA or those other narrative comtrollers in the media would just hand wave it away by saying the entire video was inavertently left in a manual exposure mode conveniently set in such a way as to overexpose bright objects further without turning the dark background of space even grayer as a result. Also, wrongly exposing subjects in a scene wouldn't make them appear in the foreground or background of another object in the scene, but misfocusing or deliberate obfuscation or postcapture editing does.

It’s just an out of focus and poorly exposed camera. Nothing unusual.

That "debris" described in the video around the broken tether is NOT space particles. The sun dose not and cannot cause objects to flicker or cause a pulsating effect! Notice these objects are coming in from multiple directions and each are pulsating independent of each other. What are they really? I have a idea but, I'm not going to state it.

How long after the tether broke did the dot swarm show up, do you think? Minutes? Hours? Days ?
