I did nasal endoscopy a few months ago. There was no side effects. You don't even feel it because the doctor will spray anesthesia inside your nose. The only thing that I hated was the effect of anesthesia. It was really unpleasant feeling. But it does a away after a few minutes.

Unfortunately, these will hardly help in most cases of worse than mild obstruction/congestion. Most products like these are not rigid enough and are unstable during use, which requires frequent readjustments and also cause contact irritation that may disturb the user. The purported "40% increase in airflow" is really pushing it, too. 😬 Even if it does work, the next obstacle of obstruction will be the ITs anyway, hence success rate is usually poor with those suffering from multifaceted nasal obstruction.
