Anterior nasal packing should be done in both nostrils for proper pressure on the septum to reduce the epistaxis … why did you do only on one side?

This was the worst procedure I’ve gone through!! It was extremely painful going in and very uncomfortable while I had to wear it. I pray I never have to have another one. I’d rather bleed to death I think lol

That is right. Basically, nasal packing doesn't require a fully sterile condition (and also it is impossible). But it could be done in a better aseptic situation. The reason we uploaded this video with poor sterile condition was it's safety not to conflict KZbin community guidelines. Most of the nasal packing procedures are done with the presence of nose bleeding or patients discomfort that could limit our video for being on this platform, therefore this was the most proper case for the general audience. And after all, we apologize if we couldn't prepare the ideal video for you 🌷
