Quick question regarding the playoffs in career mode: does winning a race automatically advance you? I’m going for the 90% difficulty trophy and don’t want to have to reset if I’m not in the top 4 in points but have a win that round.

So basically the game follows the 2015 NASCAR Playoff format, meaning as long as you're in the Top 30 in points going into the first race of the Playoffs, meaning Chicagoland, and have a win, then you're in. When in the rounds, yes winning a race does advance you. So for example, winning a race in the Round of 16, 12 and 8 does advance you to the next round, with a win in the Round of 8 advancing you to Homestead.

i don't know about you, but I think the game has an audio glitch. So, the pre-race Commentary, Spotter, DW's Boogity, and the Boss's voiceover don't always show up unless I exit the game and then go play again.

You know, I made this review as my own findings and hearing that there's even more, is fascinating. I've never had that glitch but it doesn't sound as bad as all the ones I've encountered. Goes to show how average and broken the game is gameplay wise.

Hey guys. I have this game for the PS3, and I cannot figure this out...the car pulls hard to the left by itself. I tried to steer to the right, and I get tire squeal and excessive tire wear. I've tried to mess with the camber, weight, almost everything, and cannot get it right. Any suggestions, or have you experienced this? Any help would be great. Thanks. 👍

Had it for PS3, fun game, definitely more casual friendly. Had Heat 5 on PS4, I swear I spent more time tweaking and testing than I did actually driving... probably appeals to a die-hard fan, which I'm not... so I saw Heat 4, Heat 5, and 15 VE on sale this week on Steam. ... Obviously I got NASCAR 15, and I definitely appreciate it more now. Fuck Heat.

I am unsure of that. I will say though, that the career mode gets old really quick, so don't expect to spend that many seasons grinding it.

Man I hate the glitch when during qualify you get a red flag sometimes the wrecked car remains on the track during the race and doesn’t clear up and you keep getting cautions and if you try leave and restart you finish 43rd it’s stupid and I hate grou qualify I just want to run 2 laps.. not 3 mins. Also the AI at tracks sucks big time. Cough Bristol man I qualified 10th on that track fell to 30th turn 2 co. The ai just runs you over they just don’t give you room even when you are 1 lap up they will still wreck u but other than that I love the sounds graphics paint booth and racing at times

Absolutely. There's a lot of things I did not mention, but things such as single player short track racing, glitches under plate track qualifying, and many other issues. I just mentioned the bare minimum, but I included the most hilarious glitches to make up the review sadly.

4/10 for me. Thanks for picking the race I won in your footage. For me it scores so low because while aspects of the game were good, the crashing lobbies and poor car physics made it unplayable.
