The single biggest suspension and penalty I ever saw NASCAR levy was actually against Carl Long- for an oversized engine!

I hate how most people I see online that were against Bubba wrecking Larson on purpose, have no problem with Elliott wrecking Hamlin. If it was role reversal on both ends, people would have inevitably said Bubba had his retaliation coming for “wrecking people every week” and Hamlin would’ve been viewed as a terrorist for wrecking Elliott. I don’t care whose was “worse”. Both Bubba and Chase deserved suspensions for their actions, probably more than just one race.

Pisses me off how Bubba wrecked 3 cars (including himself), pushed an official, and was only suspended 1 race! No points deducted, no fine. Just a mere slap on the wrist. He's the greatest race card driver ever! Screw him!

In 1986 Jack Ingram was suspended late in the Busch series season for a crash in a race at New Asheville Speedway. It ultimately cost him the title. 1991 in the Cup series, Tommy Ellis was originally given a 2 or 4 race suspension (I cannot remember), Nascar later rescinded that penalty against Tommy as he was a substitute driver, suspensions upheld for Car Owner Jr Johnson and crew chief Tim Brewer. 1987 Owner/Driver DK Ulrich suspened for remainder of season for oversized engine. Im sure there are a few more that I cannot remember.

Fun facts about Bubba Wallace & Kyle Larson’s wreck, as well as Denny Hamlin & Chase Elliot. 1. Same cause, Driver A slid up the track, hitting Driver B. Driver B then hooks Driver A into the outside wall hard. 2. Kevin Harvick was 1 position infront of Driver A & B.

I'd agree, except for the fact that Hamlin got Right hooked. There's a giant difference in wrecking someone normally and right hooking someone. The chance of injury, when right hooking someone is much higher. Same with pretty much full throttling someone into the wall like Kenseth did to Logano.

Lets be real here. Everyone loved it hen Matt Kenseth completely junked Logano. Matt had gone into the playoffs with a great shot at the title but was screwed over. He had been dumped one too many times by drivers thinking he was an easy target bc he hardly ever reacted.
