I see alot of fans or commenters or whatever saying things bad about Ryan Blaney, they dont feel sorry for him, he always cries... B.S! Have You ever paid attention how many times this year alone, but every year, the other driver's wreck Blaney 10 x more than they wreck other drivers. It is so bad that Ryan often has a car that can compete for the win, probably would have won, but he gets wrecked. When he doesn't get wrecked, he gets raced hard by backmarkers when he is racing for the win with few laps left, and run out of gas. That never used to be done, other drivers never dicked with the leading or competing for the win drivers in the last laps when they were backmarkers. Nascar's best asset, Ryan Blaney is unappreciated, mistreated. Nascar should penalize drivers for dimwit moves like Mcdowell's move yesterday or Byron's or Preece's move a few weeks ago. F1 doesn't let their drivers launch themselves into competitors. I don't like too much babysitting, but if these guys can't control themselves because either they feel they need to win because of the win and get in which is nuts, really, or if they feel they can try stuff because they are comfortably in... Nascar should do something then. Nascar You have caused this conduct. Drivers and Nascar: quit picking on the nicest guy you have out there competing. He is your best asset.

That ending was abysmal. Nascar tries to do the right thing I'll give them that, but then they can't make a decision while insisting they are the only ones allowed to make a decision when it comes to tire usage. Dragging out caution laps to wind down the clock, initially not allowing them to change tires when guys are obviously barely hanging on on the level of wear, and most annoyingly, not just letting the teams make the decisions for themselves! Every single other professional racing series allows the teams to make the decisions for themselves once the track is deemed wet (or damp in NASCARs case). If a team at that point wants to put slicks on cuz they feel the track is ready then thats their call to either get right or mess up. Same with competition pit stops. They just did it in LeMans. They do it constantly in F1, IMSA, Indycar. NASCAR can never relinquish control.

In all fairness, this is the 3rd race they have used a rain tire? I think Easter weekend earlier this season was the 1st nascar race to start on rain tires? I agree some of the decisions are iffy, but nascar is still in its infancy on using a rain tire.

@@theblackenedone1366 NASCAR owns IMSA. It's really not that hard to grasp these principles. They are making awful decisions, and everyone sits here and applauds them for it. The laat 80 laps were embarrassing. Getting the race going again is great and all but if its going to be a crap show....is it worth it? Half the laps were them dragging out caution laps while they fumbled over awful decision making.

@ba97racing that's something I didn't know. Why is that important to what happened in NH? I only watched the highlights post rain delay.
