About 2 weeks ago I was playing NASCAR'14 @ Michigan, coming off the caution the blue pace car was leading back in the pits w/ a trail of train smoke behind it. I don't know if that was some easter egg but really weird that happened with the SS.

Was at LeMans 24hr around 2 decades ago when one Cadillac pace car failed, the back-up Caddy pace car lost its huge undertray panel on the front straight in front of the Tribunes (Grandstands). Then the race started, and BOTH caddy prototype cars entered in the race caught on fire and were withdrawn. The garage doors were pulled down and locked less then ONE HOUR after the race started. 😂

12:14 I'm not so sure I would be walking into that gap in the roadblock and putting my body right into the line of fire. It might've made sense in the 80s or 90s, whenever this was, but the disregard for human life nowadays is such that I don't think you can take for granted that the guy is gonna stop for you. If you can get killed on the job over a Sonic cheeseburger, you can get killed by someone who's just out for a joyride simply because the opportunity presented itself, in front of a literal live audience in the grandstands, even.
