Hey Trev - your straightaway speed is low because you're entering the turns too low. The lower you enter the turn the more your right front 'digs' into the track. This scrubs off speed. The higher you enter the turn (stay against the wall as long as you can) the less you have to turn the wheel and the less speed is scrubbed off. Don't follow the guides on the track. Also, sometimes running against the wall in the turns is the fastest way around the track (especially at wide fast tracks like Auto Club, Atlanta or Michigan) because you don't have to hardly turn the wheel, and your corner speed is higher. And because of that, your straightaway speed is much faster.

That adjusting you were talking about was called the wedge.. There is a way to adjust it as your practicing. And also play with the tire pressure on your left tires on smaller and medium tracks. Lower the pressure the more grip. And also the toe angle on your left tires and soften your suspension on the right to compensate for the toe angle
@ababilashari99704 жыл бұрын
take advantage of the cars that bump you, they're using your draft and is pushing you to get both of you more speed. You can also push cars if you have the draft and get the both of you to better position. Remember NASCAR is a team sport!

1; homie , the fastest line is the most straight. (Sometimes outside like is the fastest ) also like the f1 game you play. Set up your corners so when you enter 75% of corner is strait line. 2: bottom left corner they tell you your draft partner is. use them , hold that line and they will push you. 3: in this game if they are next to you the wind will make you loose. Only stay next to someone while passing. If not you will either slow down or lose control. I don’t even play these games. But for some reason I watch a lot of your videos. You seam like a great dude. Keep up the great work. Enjoy your game plays brother. Thanks for your time!!! .

Trev, when you go up to the top you know it’s because ur going too fast. You let off a little late - I would recommend you slowly let off at the start of the corner then feather the throttle slightly as you go round the corner. Also, when in practice make sure to practice the high lines as well, you do these high lines for lower tire wear but lower speed. When you get to tracks like the Speedways you will be running high with 12 other cars, so you need to make sure you know how to run high before then. Ima keep posting tips each video, much love Trev keep up the great content

When they put the wrench in the rear window, it's called a wedge adjustment. It will either compress the coil spring or relax it, depending on which way the wrench is turned. What this does is change the cross weight in the car, making it either tighter or looser.

In NASCAR terms, loose is more oversteer where the back end wants to rotate more. Tight is understeer where the car doesn’t want to turn. It affects speed because loose allows the car to turn more in the corners so you don’t have to lift as much. It wears the right rear heavily. Plus your speed struggles come from driving for a 4 star team like RPM where as the Hendricks and penskes are 5 star rides with engineering

When you start to slide toward the wall, you are too tight. If you turn too much and start to get sideways in the corners, you are too loose. You want to be as close to running wide open in the corners as you can. Not possible at all tracks obviously, but you should be able to hold a steady line in the corners. Enjoying the series!

don't be afraid to push the cars infront of you while your drafting instead of trying to pass everytime, especially if you have a good amount of laps left, for example at 8:50 you had a great chance to do it with the white car but instead tried to pass and never really mad up much ground after that move. otherwise love the Heat series! keep it up

GAMEPLAY TIP!!!! Trev your not getting the best lap times you can because you aren’t letting off the gas in the turns, you have to make markers on where to slow down and where/ when to get back on the gas,m. You noticed you’re car shaking, this is why.

Trev, if you can get your throttle timing better you will finish a few positions higher during the race. I’ve noticed that when your car gets tight you wait a little too long to get back on the gas. For me as soon as the car frees up and I can see it turning left I hit the gas and if I have to burp the throttle later I will. Momentum is everything!
@weeyumbyron40274 жыл бұрын

So for auto club, a good general rule is to find YOUR line, not use the in game line. I personally use Jimmy Johnson's line, he rides high in the corners, you can keep it in the gas longer through the corner, and seems to run smoother and faster overall.

@KenGuy5174 жыл бұрын
Not sure if anyone has told you this but you will go much faster if you take off all the driving assists and use expert settings. Tight and lose will not affect the overall speed of the car just how easy it is to turn in the corners. You can make better lap times with a looser car but at the risk of being on the edge of spinning
