Here's the thing. Goodyear's been trying to keep up with the speed and track surfaces for *decades*. You know what caused Bobby Allison's crash at Talladega in 1987? A blown right rear tire. Goodyear's compound for that race hadn't taken into account the speeds the field would be running.

I think it's the brake lines that break and when the brake fluid comes out it hits the brake rotors which are extremely hot and it catches fire , at least that's what happens normally but sometimes it's the fuel line or both 😃👍
