I met Bill Elliott for the first time today here at a local place where I live... He is a legend and a truly nice guy... Always respected his abilities and hope his son does well coming up... Thanks Bill, made my day brother... Awesome Bill from Dawsonville!!!!! What a legend...

I have followed him since the start of Nascar coverage here in Canada..a gentleman racer..always my fav..recorded most of his victories on vhs..probably watched 1985 Daytona 500 about 500 times..I know it by heart..

I would love 2c Chase n a Ford, loved cn Bill drive a Ford, but I'm an Elliott fan (Bill & Chase), It don't matter if they drive a VW BUG, I'll b hollerin blow their doors off Elliott!!!

You have to understand that it's Ford's fault Chase is getting in a chevy, it's not the Elliots fault. Ford is starting to make a turn around but they have fallen so so far from where they need to be to compete in NASCAR.

They have to do something to get Chase Elliott in a Ford at the next level. It would be borderline unbearable to see him in a Government Motors product with that scheister Hendrick.
