Patrick Star then you obviously haven't watched plate racing all year. All of the races have been fantastic
@chochoobaca558 жыл бұрын
Mike Wazowski The only really good plate race was the 500. Other than that they've been just like every other race from 2008 until today. The aero package needs to be changed so bad.

Patrick Star what made these other 3 races bad compared to the 500?
@chochoobaca558 жыл бұрын
Mike Wazowski The fact that as soon as one car got out in front the race was pretty much a follow the leader. Yeah, the 500 was like that too but at least there was an actual race going on that day. Ended up watching F1 bc there was more passing and racing than Dega.

I don't enjoy watching dangerous wrecks but man, I do like watching them race aggressively in the pack which was non existent today.

About half way they Finally mentioned Ryan Blaney. The broadcasters talked about Big E all day long and he wasn't even there. ALL DAY LONG all you could hear about was Big E. Honestly it is sad for him to have passed but let the man rest in peace already.

Why did you not show the wreck with Kasey Kahne, Jamie McMurray, and Trevor Bayne?
@j.t.88486 жыл бұрын
Fun race. I wish they ran at Dega' more than just twice. Best track on the circuit. I pull for Blaney, Elliot & Bowman but I consider any race a success as long as the Busch or Dillon brothers don't win it.

I can sum the Talladega Chase race up in one comment: Points racing. People drive careful instead of driving for the win. Everyone's too scared to race hard and start "the big one" and for the 4th year in a row, we get a lame finish, few moments of actual good racing, and you have cars that actually raced in the front that were eliminated, verses the 3 JGR cars that rode in the back all day and finished in the back and still moved on. Denny is the only one out of the JGR camp that really should've moved on because he actually raced. The point of bringing Talladega into the Chase was to add excitement into the drive for a championship, now it's run at the front and get eliminated, run in the back and not even race, you move on. This new Chase system is a joke and that's exactly why. At least in the old format you had 2 or 3 serious contenders for the championship by the time Talladega rolled out and their goal was to get the best finish to help gain points, now the driver who lead the points the entire season can be wiped out by not winning a race. Now it's about hoping that you're equipment doesn't fail and hoping that you can save your cars and hope that the other contenders find trouble. It's more of a crap shoot than it is a legitimate Championship battle. THAT's the fall Talladega race summed up in one comment. (and a little bit of what the rest of the season will look like) So I have a question to all of the people who disliked the old Chase format, are you happy with this one now? I for one would like to see the strongest car, the strongest team, the one who knows how to battle back from adversity, the one who can gain the most points, I want that driver to be champion, but it's unlikely we'll actually see that for a while.

John Stephenson Music I thought the race was great. They were three wide most of the time and everyone was making moves. And tbh, it was good to not see 25 cars wrecked and only 10 drivers with a shot to win. Everyone was still in it

Those guys were racing hard. Nobody was "scared" out there. I don't know what race you were watching. And it's win and you're in. Ofcourse they were doing what they could to win. In the end nobody could get enough momentum to reach Logano' and he blocked as best he could and won the damn race. Not much else to say.

Okay like there have always been drivers that you could expect to do well almodt every race, but lately its just been ridiculous. I dont even want to watch nascar anymore and like two years ago plate races were sometimes all i wojld look forward to because there was actually some excitment and a chance ofbseeing somebody else doing well. But now even plate racing has gotten boring o be honest whivh i hate to say.
