You ain't even kidding. I love to watch 90s NASCAR clips, always brings me back to some good times. Seems like yesterday, but at the same time, another lifetime ago.

The saddest part is less than a year later we would no longer have Dale Sr.

Did anyone else notice the screen glitch during the Dale Earnhardt interview when he said “we coming back with a black racecar next year, I guarantee ya”?

@@DixietheGoat9 you don’t hear Eli in this video from 2000 because he’s on tv because it’s a TNN broadcast. Here is a video from the same year but since the race isn’t broadcast on TNN, Eli is on the radio in the MRN voice over video 👍 kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y16ac4GCd9WYaKs

Arguably the biggest "what if" in Nascar history. What if Dale Sr hadn't passed away? DEI seemed to be on their way to dominating the Cup Series.
@STP43FAN120 күн бұрын
No. Chevrolet wasn’t going to let Hendrick get outwon by other Chevrolets. And overspending by teams was going to sink DEI like it did Ganassi, Evernham, Roush, etc.

Imagine having a front row seat watching your kid pass all these people like a chip off the old block and taking Dale Jarrett to school 😀

Dale Jr was fearless in his early years and it was a perfect pairing with Tony Eury Sr. He had some bad crashes and I think that hindered his career.

I saw a show once on how these guys were able to orchestrate this broadcasting without talking over each other for 4 hours. They used voice inflections, trigger words, and pre planned points on the track to know when to pass it off to the next guy
