Why is this only happening in Gauteng? Can this provincial government ever do anything right?

Gauteng province is the smallest province in SA, but its population is over 15 million. The schools and hospitals are also overcrowded. People from other countries are migrating to that province in numbers. That's why parents have to apply for their children to school in that province. In that regard, it's not surprising. But note that poisoned food occurs in various parts of SA. Anything can happen in GP.
