In Kashmir KAS and NEET qualifiers are so glorified as if other professions & fields are worthless and waste. Even if Ph.D scholars or Research Scientists are not honored. Indeed we are a conservative and narrow society.

I agree !! There are many reasearch scholars and scientists doing wonders abroad and getting into ivy leagues but no coverage for them. PERIOD!

Ma'am, plz talk about the job policy about OM. Only 40% jobs for OM , 60% jobs for category and Population of OM is 69.52% and only get 40% job while 31.48% pop belong to category and have 60% job reservation.This is one of the main unemployment reasons for educated youth. Plz talk about it with the ruling party.
