We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

Sam, you nailed it! Here are some suggestions to take the “next level”: 1. use melted butter instead of oil for the dry seasoning mix; 2. Put the melted butter + seasoning in a bowl and throw the wings there annnnnnd mix them; 3. then get the wings and put them in the rack! 4. put some toilet paper in freezer “for later”.

I'm in Nashville, so thanks for giving our Hot Chicken a shout out, it truly is some amazing stuff. If anyone decides to visit here, Prince's (the originator), Hattie B's, and Big Shakes are the best Hot Chicken joints in town, and I placed them in order of relevance. It all started at Prince's. A young woman suspected her husband of cheating, so she spiced up his fried chicken to get some payback. Unfortunately for her, he loved it and Nashville Hot Chicken was born. The flavor profiles are great, and the spice levels can be ordered in different strengths. Big Shakes serves one called The Executioner that requires a signed release.

I am a huge fan and have been watching you, I think, from the beginning. You are one of only a handful of channels that I eagerly look forward to new uploads. I have made a great number of items that you have cooked and every one of them have been lights out fantastic. I appreciate the variety too and the simplicity in your presentation as nothing you have ever cooked has felt stale or too difficult to pull off. I got quarantine-married in September and one of the MANY kitchen gifts we were blessed to receive was an air fryer which we have used to make wings a number of times with already. I cannot wait to make this recipe (I am very much a spice fan) but as we currently live in an apartment and don't have access to a smoker, will have to try the liquid smoke method. Thank you!!

Respect from Nashville! Being a chef from Nashville... I like how you got the using the used hot oil keeping true to our routes... we hate when chefs try to be extra using butter or bacon fat as the binder ... thank you!
