1975! WOW! I was a freshman in high school growing up in southwest Virginia! Wow! I loved this movie then ... and still do!

This is amazing. Thank you for sharing it. Amazing to see the tiny amount of traffic on I-65 in East Nashville, and to see the old Nashville I grew up in. I remember this movie being made here so well. I was a kid and I wanted to go to the crowd scene at Centennial Park, for the cheap hot dogs and cokes of course, but no one would take me. I recognize those apartment buildings overlooking the interstate car pileup scene. They were named CWA, and this was at the Shelby Street exit from northbound I-65. We had friends who lived there.😄

As I recall, that part of the interstate hadn't opened yet - i think it was beyond the traffic. I lived in Nashville that summer; I was a student at UT.
