I was just going to comment the same thing!! The meds and antibiotics did more harm than good for me personally, so seeing a naturopath and getting to the root of the symptoms and imbalances has been key 🤍

You should really consider drinking warm/hot water as its a vasodilator. It improves circulation and hydrates you more than cold water. I think you'd see a huge improvement in your skin just from making that one change!

I had horrible hormonal acne my whole life and I’ve been drinking spearmint tea twice a day (or once bc I forget) for a month and I’ve noticed the biggest difference! Give it a try! 💕

Rachel! I had the same issues with my skin, it just happened in my mid-twenties. But i went to the derm and they gave me two topical antibiotic creams, Dapsone and then a clindamycin cream to do day and night, and then also a retinol and it cleared up my skin after I tried literally everything. Give it a try! I know how frustrating it is, but it'll get better!

Rachel I actually just moved to Nashville and toured that house! It had a dream kitchen and amazing bathroom/master closet. And I loved the finishes. Biggest downfall was the only outdoor space was a balcony you could only access from the master bedroom.

My dogs are the same way. With the water and food out pup will hog it all up. I highly recommend keeping the fixed feeding times but eventually do water all day. I’ve found my dogs have gotten used to it and also don’t try to eat each others stuff as much. We also do toppers so they’re excited to eat

Spironolactone takes about 2-3 months to see results. Drink tons of water and make sure you eat enough food/salt or else your blood pressure could drop and you can pass out!!! Happened to me!

Rach, just a suggestion to try The Agency, it helps my face especially when I was having reaction from a multiple brand that I put in my face. It’s customized by sending your pics what you need and questionnaire to fill out. There’s a dermatologist like NP or PA that will look at your pics. I feel like that there’s something that you are using for your hair that giving you this reaction. I say that because it’s only by your lower face by your jaw. Try it. I been using them for almost 2 yrs now. I heard of them from another influencer.

Hi! I have been dealing with hormonal acne for a year now. Clearstem (heard them on the skinny confidential) has a tool on their website where you can copy and paste your haircare, skincare, and makeup ingredients into a tool and the tool will detect for acne-causing ingredients! I also bought their line and their supplement and my skin has improved. I know it's so hard for the self-esteem - but hang in there!

Knowing that the acne started after the wedding, and that is when you started wearing a full face of foundation I can’t help but wonder if there is a correlation. Although it looks beautiful on, maybe your skin doesn’t vibe with foundation, and it’s showing you that it’s irritated from it?
