500g cooked rice (basmati, sona masuri, jasmine)
3 cloves garlic
1 red onion (approx. 100g)

2 carrots (120g)
½ red pepper
2 spring onions
80g white or pointed cabbage
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 eggs, whisk with salt and pepper
2 tbsp solid coconut oil or 4 tbsp peanut oil
4 fried eggs
Opt. prawns, chicken breast
