As a foreigner,there are certain minimum amount for houses or condominium within KL/Selangor/Putrajaya and certain states in Malaysia (must be above 2 million ringgit -cannot recall for house or for both). There is a person she has a YT channel Saira Hayati ..she bought a house in Melaka(Malacca) about 2-3hrs drive away KL. Go check her channel and look through videos from appointing lawyers,accountant,etc. Do your own homework-she may or may not understand personally to email or WhatsApp (some netizens commented no response-maybe overwhelming queries). Also there are latest updates on MM2H (Malaysia my 2nd Home) scheme for different tiers for visas.
