You had your stethescope ready to check for placement but you totally skipped that, you didnt insert air and listen for the swoosh. Plus you should have mentioned that we sometimes give the patient back the gastric contents so we dont cause an electrolyte imbalance.

she was suppose to be wearing gloves while measuring the tube ,, shes uses bare hands touching it ,, its already contaminated before she wears the gloves ,,

This is a clean technique, not sterile. As long as hands were washed, all's good.
