Love the color scheme! Do you have any tips for dampening the sound of your computer fans while recording? I noticed yours is right under the desk and not tucked away in another room with a long cord or something lol. I plan on getting quieter fans, but not sure if that will be enough.

Hey thanks for your comment! I think I have a Q&A coming out soon to go into detail on this, but short answer is it really doesn't bother my recordings. The directionality of my mic doesnt pick it up. If the rest of the room is properly sound proofed and you hear the hum, you can try to cancel it out with the noise floor, but if you do need to dampen the sound then I would play around with the idea of building a box around it, you'll need to, of course, figure out how to best let the air circulate. My MacGyver attempt would probably be a wooden box with sound proofing foam to create a barrier between the pc and mic. Or a super common solution is to place the pc outside the recording space and wire it to a monitor to read off of. Hope this helps!
