I noticed that at first she was totally out of it, i.e. she did not understand why she was being compared to actresses, she did not understand why Letterman was talking anything of her hair (almost like, "Why do you care? Why are you interested?"), and did not see herself as the same woman in the serpent picture (which was used on the cover of a film she starred in called "Cat People"...) confirmed several times before and when asked about it.

She has obviously discovered that by the time of the interview (all beautiful women do at some point in life, some wish it, some persuade themselvesof it).
