This was also my husband’s favorite singer and he so loved this song! Listening to Nat sing this song makes my heart melt! My heart aches as I remember and reminisce listening to Nat sing his beautiful songs.. his voice is so soothing.. As I reminisce over the beautiful moments my husband and I shared over our 60+ years of marriage. Thank you Jesus for my life with my one true love … MY HUSBAND!!! Rest in Peace sweetheart!

Good show. Electricity is a luxury unless you live in the desert in the summer, where AC is almost absolutely necessary. You can do without it even then if you have iced drinks aplenty, but when it gets uncomfortable all night long as well as all day long, you've simply got to leave.

I’m listening to this absolute classic of a gem in 2024. What a truly beautiful magnificent voice Nat King Cole had. I can’t stand most of the music that’s popular today, and I feel my faith restored when I listen to vocals as beautiful as this. I’m 33 years old.

Nat , was very close to my family. My dad died, suddenly in 1959.I was 4 years old. Nat and Maria, were very very good to me. As I was born disabled. Both Nat and Eddie Cole. Encouraged me to take music as my life. Which I did in the blues style. I shall be eternally grateful, that my family, had such outstanding friends as the Cole Family....

Nat!..as he walked towards us.. how you been? and he answered back with that big warm smile and said why hello Merrill I've been just fine. Funny how I can still picture that scene and still hear their voices in my mind. They both had met back in the late forties through show business. Unforgettable memories..^^ True story!

Hip hop pays its dues to NCK every day. Hip hop is just one more love child of 1950s R&B, blues, rockabilly and gospel. Nat King Cole is a hip hop hero; rappers’ grandparents smile at their grandchildren rhyming their lines and think about their roots going back through the blues generations.

As an opera fan-atic as well as of jazz and 1950s ballads, I wondered for a long time whether Colin Riley's one-sentence class-ification could be sustained. At last, (at 80) I agree. The two greatest singers of my time are; Jonas Kaufman and Nat King Cole. Both have that uniquely silky smooth timbre and both are inque because their voices spanned the baritone and tenor ranges. THAT no one has ben able to match. Dipak Nandy

What a beautiful song. The words so simple and eloquent. And nobody but nobody sang it as well as Nat 'King' Cole. It seems with every song he sings, he caresses each and every word, that's what gives the song its power in addition to his unique voice.

Yes, and John Lennon believed "all you need is love" from the bottom of his heart too. In reality, both he and Nat were abusive philanderers. Hypocrites to the core. These performances are just that: performers performing, creating an illusion for your entertainment-and of course, for their own enrichment. Sorry to burst your bubble, but you're better off knowing how things really are than to continue being a naive victim of sham artists who prey on the emotionally vulnerable.

Discovered this song two days ago, and I’ve been hearing it on repeat nonstop. It’s so lovely! And it makes me feel something I never felt before. I don’t know how to call this feeling, but it’s a mix between nostalgia and happiness so big that I feel like crying. It feels out of this world, like I’m dancing with the person I love on spring, seeing the stars that are out in space, reading a book on a coffee shop while the sun is setting. Because my English is so bad I can’t find a proper to explain what I feel like, so I hope that even without using the correct words you can all understand what this is. It’s beautiful and charming. It’s an amazing feeling!
