This is amazing! Thank you! One question: I am a solopreneur who uses Asana (totally a novice) and I have a client who plans to begin using Asana to manage their projects. My current Asana is under 1 email but this client will be adding/assigning projects to a separate email. Is there a way for me to funnel all projects into one Asana so that I don't have 2 separate logins/inboxes/etc?

Greetings Natalia !!! I will soon be hired as a Production Manager for a Custom RV (Recreational Vehicle) Company. To manage the day-to-day tasks of multiple resources. Much of the input to Asana will be related to Technicians who will perform repairs, installations, etc. They're are also Team members like Purchasing, Accounting and Sales who will be part of my resources. With all that being said, I'm evaluating the value of Asana for this company. I have placed a sales call request with the company, For you: I have two questions: 1. Does Asana integrate with Quickbooks? (accounting/billing/invoices) 2. I want to create a "Customer Profile" which will be used extensively with repeat customers, Then each new Estimate can integrate all the important data regarding their RV. (5th wheel, Class A, Trailer, etc) Is this also possible? Thank you for you aid... Great Video by the way. Very helpful and I'm blown away with all the features! ~Dave

Actually just found (scroll up) “if you don’t choose a plan before your trial ends, you’ll be downgraded to a free Asana Basic plan with fewer features”. At least I know now that I can fully commit to the setup and give it a fair trial without the risk of my time being lost!

The Basic plan is free with unlimited projects, tasks and storage, available for up to 15 team members and with loads of free functionalities. Asana is super accessible to small business owners and new content creators and I’ve created this tutorial for this particular reason. It’s a tool that really packs a lot into the free version compared to what’s out there. I hope you’ll have fun experimenting!
