@@kianivazquez9926 thank you so much we are very excited. This will be my second after 13years!!! Crazy lol. My cycle is 29 days. I ovulated that time on the 14th day of my cycle. So, 9 days after that, would have been 9dpo (days post ovulation) that’s when I tested positive. Then 6 days later I would have started my period, but it never came. I hope I explained it well enough for you to understand.

My cycle is also 29 days, but I have no idea when I ovulated, and day 15 of my cycle was my most educated guess (I had cramping that day, which was considerably too far out to mean my period was coming. Pms cramping for me is usually a few days shy of aunt flow, not 16 days before lol). I just don’t want to risk testing too early, the wait itself is annoying enough and I don’t have all the details. Just lots of symptoms and curiosity about something that was definitely not planned.

6 days before I missed my period I felt like a needle was poking me on my right side of my uterus, it was such a distinct feeling, and I literally was like is that implantation? So that lead me to take a pregnancy test the day after and I got the faintest almost not visible line on a cheap test and that’s how I found out ☺️

When my 3rd baby was 3 months old I woke up early super nauseous and ran to the bathroom. While throwing up all I could think was, “this feels exactly like my first trimester nausea”. So I took a test. Definitely positive. We were so excited! But all other tests were negative and my nausea faded away. So went to my dr and got hcg levels checked via blood draw. Waited for results and she said my hcg was so low (negative) it didn’t indicate any pregnancy, a chemical or anything. Still confused over a year later!

Hey Dr. Natalie! Question- (warning to everyone else- may be tmi) When you have implantation cramping, should you feel it in the center, where your uterus is, or is it possible to feel it closer to where your ovaries are? I'm trying not to fret over every symptom, but I am on my 6th round of Femera ttc#2 (it took me almost 10 years off & on with fertility meds for #1 (tryung for #2 unmonitored, but when the #1 I usually ovulated around CD 18-20 but I also required a trigger shot back then, my new Dr. doesn't think I need one because I've been starting my period naturally each month on CD 32-35 ), I'm on CD 26 right now, but on CD 23 & CD 24 I was getting little tinges/cramps near my ovaries, I had a ton of watery CM, & on CD 25 I also had a tiny bit of pink in the cm. It was like a skinny line about 1 cm. I also had some leaking from my breasts?!? So I am really thinking I may be pregnant but also worried maybe I'm ovulating really late, & I'm just now ovulating on CD 24, with the cramping being more near my ovaries.... *I'm trying through my ob/gyn because I live about 2 hours away from my old fertility Dr. now, & they don't take my insurance anymore...

I got my nexplanon out on April 27th!!! Let's gooooo. I took ovulation tests everyday afterwards. I didn't ovulate until May 16th, and still kept testing just in case. Some women will take a couple months or cycles to begin ovulation. That being said, I can't say when you should test, but my rule of thumb is waiting 4 weeks from the last day of your period and then test.

Hi Natalie. I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago 💔 my ovulation tested positive 9 days from date of my miscarriage. I usually ovulate day 10-12 normally with a 22-24 day cycle. I have heard that checking progression lines are unreliable and can incite a lot of anxiety when these at home tests are not made to test quantitatively; but much rather is made to test qualitatively to check whether there is HCG detected in your urine or not. (A little TMI!!) I have irregular periods. Usually very heavy periods that last 5-6 days. At about 30 days or so after I should have had my period or around the time that I semi-normally have it I started having light bleeding. It's pink and not heavy enough for pads or anything. I'm on about day 3 of the bleeding and it seems like it's about to stop. I've also been having headaches, nausea, light cramps that don't last long, a slightly increased appetite and fatigue. Could I possibly be pregnant or is it more likely it is something else?😅😅

Not too hard. Mine was high my doctor gave me medication for it took it for just one week and conceived. Also depends on what your levels are. The higher, the more time on medication to bring it back to normal. Also if this helps, prolactin basically gets high because of stress so make sure you stay stress free. If you don’t know how to manage stress just find a calming hobby during the day to focus your mind on and sleep early at night. I went on a vacation and when I got back we got pregnant!

You only really need one time if you use ovulation tests and wait for your peak LH surge. If you don’t test you won’t know when ovulation occurs so you would have to have sex every other day starting from CD 10

Take ovulation tests to see when you are ovulating. Do the test when you first pee in the morning, thats the most accurate time to test. I ovulate between day 10-12 of my cycle but everyone is a little bit different. When your ovulation test is positive, you should have sex that day and the next day.

I am now feeling like sore breast, pricking cramping like feeling in my lower uterus on the left side, had vivid dream last week, headaches, very very slight nausea or i am imagning. I just want to know if this is possible. I took a test for past 2 weeks to check my HCG and it went from dark to very very faint this morning. Could i fall preg before my period or is this not possible as i still have HCG in my blood? I do not know the level but as of the 7th Oct the line is vvvf.

@@Infinite_InsightZ09 i bled for 7 days from miscarriage and then 4 days later ovulated. I didn't get BFP. Then had my normal menstral cycle (1st cycle) 3 weeks later and still no BFP. I am on my 2nd menstral cycle now day 7. I usually ovulate day 11 or 12 so i am now testing LH and paraying for a BFP 🙏 i hope you get your BFP 🫶 please keep me posted 💗

My cycle is 33 days and longer. I had cramps for 30 hours (period-like) two days before my period. No more cramping which never happens. I get cramps for 1 week before my period starts and gets really intense the first day of my period. I feel a little nauseated, congested, tender breast, fullness, and no appetite. I tested negative so far. My period is due in 1 day. I also had a chemical pregnancy during my last period and I only tested positive after 1 week of a delayed period. I don't think I am pregnant just because of a chemical pregnancy giving me lots of anxiety. Did anyone go through this? Any insights?

8 dpo cervix is high hard and I think close very little cm unless go for number 2 which has become frequently as has needing to pee iv had sharp stabby pain both side ovary same as ovulation day today no blood or spotting , feel icky. Lower baCk ache , lethargic, and smelling things strong beside having a cold. Tested early morning wee and it's negative.
