@@kianivazquez9926 thank you so much we are very excited. This will be my second after 13years!!! Crazy lol. My cycle is 29 days. I ovulated that time on the 14th day of my cycle. So, 9 days after that, would have been 9dpo (days post ovulation) that’s when I tested positive. Then 6 days later I would have started my period, but it never came. I hope I explained it well enough for you to understand.

My cycle is also 29 days, but I have no idea when I ovulated, and day 15 of my cycle was my most educated guess (I had cramping that day, which was considerably too far out to mean my period was coming. Pms cramping for me is usually a few days shy of aunt flow, not 16 days before lol). I just don’t want to risk testing too early, the wait itself is annoying enough and I don’t have all the details. Just lots of symptoms and curiosity about something that was definitely not planned.

6 days before I missed my period I felt like a needle was poking me on my right side of my uterus, it was such a distinct feeling, and I literally was like is that implantation? So that lead me to take a pregnancy test the day after and I got the faintest almost not visible line on a cheap test and that’s how I found out ☺️

Hey Dr. Natalie! Question- (warning to everyone else- may be tmi) When you have implantation cramping, should you feel it in the center, where your uterus is, or is it possible to feel it closer to where your ovaries are? I'm trying not to fret over every symptom, but I am on my 6th round of Femera ttc#2 (it took me almost 10 years off & on with fertility meds for #1 (tryung for #2 unmonitored, but when the #1 I usually ovulated around CD 18-20 but I also required a trigger shot back then, my new Dr. doesn't think I need one because I've been starting my period naturally each month on CD 32-35 ), I'm on CD 26 right now, but on CD 23 & CD 24 I was getting little tinges/cramps near my ovaries, I had a ton of watery CM, & on CD 25 I also had a tiny bit of pink in the cm. It was like a skinny line about 1 cm. I also had some leaking from my breasts?!? So I am really thinking I may be pregnant but also worried maybe I'm ovulating really late, & I'm just now ovulating on CD 24, with the cramping being more near my ovaries.... *I'm trying through my ob/gyn because I live about 2 hours away from my old fertility Dr. now, & they don't take my insurance anymore...

I got my nexplanon out on April 27th!!! Let's gooooo. I took ovulation tests everyday afterwards. I didn't ovulate until May 16th, and still kept testing just in case. Some women will take a couple months or cycles to begin ovulation. That being said, I can't say when you should test, but my rule of thumb is waiting 4 weeks from the last day of your period and then test.

I took mine 5 test at 2 weeks & went to the Dr & was confirmed I was 2 week 6 date didn't miss my period just felt off so you can take it pretty early my hcg level were only 75 that's enough to get a positive pregnancy test now I'm 16 weeks with a baby girl

When my 3rd baby was 3 months old I woke up early super nauseous and ran to the bathroom. While throwing up all I could think was, “this feels exactly like my first trimester nausea”. So I took a test. Definitely positive. We were so excited! But all other tests were negative and my nausea faded away. So went to my dr and got hcg levels checked via blood draw. Waited for results and she said my hcg was so low (negative) it didn’t indicate any pregnancy, a chemical or anything. Still confused over a year later!

8 dpo cervix is high hard and I think close very little cm unless go for number 2 which has become frequently as has needing to pee iv had sharp stabby pain both side ovary same as ovulation day today no blood or spotting , feel icky. I have a question that I can't find the answer to if you can please help.... if you ovulate earlier in your cycle and have a longish cycle (example O cd14 of a 32 day cycle ) when would you test. Would you still have to wait until missed period or go by dpo? Because waiting till AF is due would make you more dpo if you ovulate early right? Would go by DPO but the luteal phase should be set so you would ovulate later in the cycle typically...

Same here. I’m having symptoms but only an extremely faint line on a reg test, so faint i thought my eyes were playing tricks. I ovulated nov 15 my menses is due dec 4. (A little TMI!!) I have irregular periods. Usually very heavy periods that last 5-6 days. At about 30 days or so after I should have had my period or around the time that I semi-normally have it I started having light bleeding. It's pink and not heavy enough for pads or anything. I'm on about day 3 of the bleeding and it seems like it's about to stop. I've also been having headaches, nausea, light cramps that don't last long, a slightly increased appetite and fatigue. Could I possibly be pregnant or is it more likely it is something else?😅😅

Hi Natalie. I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago 💔 my ovulation tested positive 9 days from date of my miscarriage. I usually ovulate day 10-12 normally with a 22-24 day cycle. My husband and i are trying again and im wondering how long will it take to get my HCG to 0 so i don't get false positives when i start taking home pregnancy tests. NOV 25 my blood test showed 1000 HCG (2 days after miscarriage) and NOV 28 the bloodwork showed 300 HCG. Would i now be close to 0 HCG (8 days since my last HCG blood test)?

I'm so exhausted and thirsty. More than I ever been. I started testing ovulation last month and tried to get pregnant, but then got my period on Thursday so figured I wasn't pregnant. You only really need one time if you use ovulation tests and wait for your peak LH surge. If you don’t test you won’t know when ovulation occurs so you would have to have sex every other day starting from CD 10

Take ovulation tests to see when you are ovulating. Do the test when you first pee in the morning, thats the most accurate time to test. I ovulate between day 10-12 of my cycle but everyone is a little bit different. When your ovulation test is positive, you should have sex that day and the next day.

@@MissSmurfey pregnancy tests need first morning urine but ovulation tests need afternoon urine because ur LH takes a while to show in ur urine. I always test around 2pm and it’s always accurate.

I got a positive early test with coloured line two day be4 period 14th day after ovulation scan in a natural cycle. I'm 43 but I'm getting regular ovulation without medicines from left and right ovary every alternate month. I'm ttc so what should I expect in beta hcg at this point ? Three months ago I got exactly this positive test on early response and a negative beta hcg test blood work so what can I expect all natural cycles just done ovulation study

I have protected sex with my boyfriend we used a condom it did not break I checked it myself was 18 days ago.. on the 30th on November I got a lighter period than normal but I think it was due to me completely freaking out that I could be pregnant. since then I have taken two pregnancy tests and both are negative. One was the rexal one step pregnancy test . I haven't had any other symptoms. But I still keep freaking out that I could be pregnant. What would you suggest I do to ease my anxiety?

I used to freak out like that because we would do the pull and pray. I say if you bleed at all followed with a negative pregnancy test, then it is highly likely that you are not pregnant. I also had a lighter period one time after doing a pull and pray and it freaked me out but negative test confirms it is a period. So hope that eases your mind a bit.

i had a miscarriage and D&C on 21 Oct 2022. We did not wait for next cycle as i was fine and had no cramping after the procedure. I am now feeling like sore breast, pricking cramping like feeling in my lower uterus on the left side, had vivid dream last week, headaches, very very slight nausea or i am imagning. I just want to know if this is possible. I took a test for past 2 weeks to check my HCG and it went from dark to very very faint this morning. Could i fall preg before my period or is this not possible as i still have HCG in my blood? I do not know the level but as of the 7th Oct the line is vvvf.

I just had a miscarriage 6 days ago and it is heartbreaking 💔 i just turned 40 and it was my 1st pregnancy 😓 praying i can conceive again soon 🙏 i read you can ovulate before you get your 1st period after a miscarriage. @@mother2mother_fitness i bled for 7 days from miscarriage and then 4 days later ovulated. I didn't get BFP. Then had my normal menstral cycle (1st cycle) 3 weeks later and still no BFP. I am on my 2nd menstral cycle now day 7. I usually ovulate day 11 or 12 so i am now testing LH and paraying for a BFP 🙏 i hope you get your BFP 🫶 please keep me posted 💗

Hello doc, my next period has 11 days left but from the last day I'm seeing some bleeding. It started in the morning and ended at evening. And started again today. I have cyst on my one ovary but that always caused to have late period instead of being this fast! So It's very unlikely for me to get my period almost 2 weeks early. I had unprotected sex 8 ago and took a plan b. Now I'm really confused, did it worked or am I pregnant? Is that could be implantation bleeding? (It's not heavy, doesn’t have a flow, haven’t seen any chunks or clots yet, very dark in color, almost no.cramps at all)

This can be spotting which usually happens in mid of menstruation cycle. But if you miss the periods on due date better to get a pregnancy test done ✌️

Plan b can really mess your system up, so spotting can occur. Keep an eye on the symptoms, it can take a while for your body to return to normal after plan b.

Hello dr Crawford, In January I had to have a partial thyroidectomy due to having a benign tumor on my thyroid. Been trying to conceive our 3rd and final child and I have had two chemicals since then. I’ve been working with a fertility endocrinologist and have had a full fertility work up. I’ve even had ultrasound done to make sure I’m ovulating/building a thick uterine lining. All my thyroid/ hormone levels look great despite missing half my thyroid and my dr cannot tell me why it’s taking my husband and I so long to conceive.. My literal phase is about 13 days on average and cycles are 30-35 days. Is there anything else that could be going on maybe in the literal phase I’m not aware of? I know we are timing perfectly because I track with OPKs. Getting scared this third baby may not happen for us.. :( Thanks for all you do❤

Have you talked with your doctors about any other possibilities of autoimmune dieses that could be affecting your fertility? I was a similar situation as you, and I was informed that if you have one ai disease, it's not uncommon to have others. In my case, the culprit of my issues was Celiac Disease. Good luck! 🐱
