Love your videos, Dr. Crawford. I've had very irregular periods my whole life, only one period every few months. I never knew when it would be. However, because I had no way of knowing, when I got married and wanted to get pregnant, I took an ovulation test literally first thing every single morning until I ovulated, and have gotten pregnant in one try 6 different times that way! If you know exactly when you're ovulating, then it takes all the guesswork out 😊

Congratulations to you 🎉 And your growing family I will be getting married soon and my significant other wants babies right away I must admit I’m a little nervous because I have had irregular periods since age nine. I am 33 likely won’t start trying until 34. I have taken opk before and always get a positive but then the actual ovulation doesn’t happen as predicted by the kit. I started using a test called Proov to check that ovulation occurred and no luck. I finally got my old Gyno to test to see if I was right after going back and forth with her and I was.. no ovulation. I’m currently trying to find natural ways to regulate my cycles and get ovulation going so if you know if anything please let me know. I’m nervous about trying Vitex because acne is something that I struggle with and some people break out on it. I have done a few cycles of Letrozole in the past to no avail

PCOS patient , Have seen 3 drs so far i get to learn more about my body more through your videos, one dr started me on clomid + duphaston + trigger shots before doing any prior hormone tests, prior these medications my periods were on the clock now im always 10 to 9 days late. changed my dr. recently did hormone tests TSH,LH,FSH,Prolactin all came normal. does that mean i am ovulating on my own ? and i dont need medication assistance ? the dr told me all normal go ahead keep trying but i have been trying for over a year now. Honestly it depends on the individual. I am 39 and TTC. I have unfortunately had one miscarriage but I took a pregnancy test this morning, my period was due yesterday, and it was positive. Many of my friends have conceived and they are all over 35. Just take care of yourself, eat healthy and try not stress about age.

Can you talk more about IUI protocols? I’ve done one unmedicated (just trigger and progesterone suppositories), and two medicated with letrozole (2.5mg and 5mg) trigger and suppositories that was no better than the unmedicated, if anything a little worse. I switched clinics and am now being treated for hypothyroidism but I also did a mock cycle using letrozole (5mg) and puregon (75iu) that I responded very well to. In my previous rounds I was getting one follicle out of 20. In my mock round I got 5 out of 26. Is there hope that letrozole and puregon could work for me? (37, SMBC)

It depends on your diagnosis. If unexplained then the goal is to get 2-3 follicles with any protocol (but most avoid gonadotropins as more money and more risk high order multiples)

I removed my IUD Aug 2nd and have had spotting in between cycles. My cycle is 30 days for the most part but I have had irregular periods my whole life. I’ve noticed with the spotting, plus ovulation tests sometimes spike 2-3x and are high, is that normal? Could I be ovulating more than once? Take the median day, and make sure to have sex multiple days before that day. You could skip a day each time cause sperm lives about a day and men need to build up libido sometimes.

From the information I've read coconut oil will not prevent pregnancy but can hinder it. There's lubricant that is meant for trying to conceive that's worth a shot though.

Hi, I'm 35yo ttc , amh 0.69 fsh 12.6, vit D 20;rest is normal. I've just found out i have low ovarian reserve and I'm broken. My Dr. said we should grab the pregnancy not wait any longer. She said to try naturally 3 months then go for ivf if needed. I'm a dermatologist and it's been a shock for me cz dor comes with no symptoms . We have been delaying pregnancy for my career and i regret it deep inside. Do you think the chances are good i could get pregnant naturally?

You need 1 egg! 1 good egg! Keep the faith!!! Take ubiquinol, vitamin C, and omega 3 every day - after 3 months you should have better/healthier eggs for pregnancy. I follow Dr. Crawford and Fertility Homeopath channels on KZbin. I’ll be trying to soon 30 years old. Best of luck!!!!❤🎉

The book it starts with the egg was useful for me. Vitamin D should be higher. Take the supplements and see if amh improves
