Put in a dispute with your credit card, I worked in disputes for 5 years… tell them you have pictures, they’ll do a chargeback for damaged goods, and if they initially send you a receipt Re dispute and you’ll win and get your money back without having to return the broken palette. Good luck!

I was looking up colour pop, and seen it was mentioned Feb 13 that they were comkng to Canada, then I went to the sephora app and asked a beauty advisor in the chat box. To all of you who are watching the other demos on this palette I promise I will not post any more rants about how disappointed I am with this palette. Ok I can’t help myself. Jenna I’m shocked at LF. Another KZbinr had hers arrive damaged and they replaced it in a couple of days. That’s how we all figured out they weren’t sold out but had made a mistake releasing it early because it said sold out at the time they replaced it. I’d be making them send me a new one. As far as blush most people are saying it’s iffy and did mention interfering with foundation as well as leaving a white cast on some. Just not one of her best shades. Some have said the eggplant color doesn’t apply well. I could probably make it work and be happy it’s in there so I could use it as liner. I’ve seen a couple of people use the highlighter as a blush topper and it looked pretty. Most people agree with you that the shimmer is chunkier in this palette but if you figure out a dupe for affinity in ANY brand please post because that’s the one thing I like in this palette. The highlighter is the same as the one in the trio at least they have the same name and they swatch the same. I like the shade. I know some people initially look at it and think it’s too dark but I’ve seen it look good on lighter skin tones and it’s pretty on the eyes. I have both glams and love them. I just love this type palette but after 2 days of angst and trying to figure out how I would make this palette work for me I gave myself permission to admit I just don’t like it. I like to travel with these and be able to get different looks. I don’t like Esme. I wanted to play with this once and thought about buying it and then giving it to my daughter but God knows I’m not going to have her running all over Charleston in hot pink eyeshadow. I think that shade is nice for an occasional glam night out but overall the other 2 glam palettes are timeless and classy and I’m sorry I just don’t think this palette is. I’m pillow talked out but I would buy a CT instant look in a palette in pillow talk. I wear light pink and purple a lot but I’m not going around in hot pink Esme eyeshadow. The one thing that’s happened from my disappointment is I’ve allowed myself to buy a couple of things I don’t need but decided I now have to have like the hourglass elephant palette. (I found it on eBay) Let’s just all admit she could have done better. My first impression also was a mix between mini love and crush. Affinity does look pretty over Esme. Seems to tone it down some and you’re right about applying it with your finger.

Thank you Jena for featuring the Love face palette. The colours are pretty - so-so Barbie-like - and definitely enticing. The broken highlighters in this new palette and the My Dream palette indicate an issue with quality control. Thank you for being honest and encouraging we-viewers to skip this release. I agree with another commenter’s suggestion to launch a dispute through your credit card company in order to get reimbursed. I never buy from LookFantastic - their prices are higher than retail. Welcome to shopping in the UK Jena!! Trying to arrange a return of a faulty beauty product is hard work but it can happen (eventually), you just to know how to "argue" your point. Returns on used products is an absolute NO! It is possible, in most stores, to return unopened/unwanted items - except for Harvey Nichols, they don't accept ANY returns on beauty products, even if they're unopened!! I will never shop with them again 😡 Anyhoooooo ...... I've got to admit that I'm slowly veering away from ND, PM, CT and TF. Their recent products have (in my very humble opinion) been, at best, average, lazy and not very well constructed. This is a great shame because all of them were iconic brands. This latest palette from ND is just a "rinse and repeat" offering. No wonder I'm more interested in what the indie brands are creating. I've yet to see that blush look flattering on anyone, and even with my pretty cool toned skin, it doesn't look like a good match for me either. And honestly the highlighter looks too dark for me, and no one has been super sold on it. Even the shadows have mixed reviews, so combine all that with the weird pricing, it's a no thanks from me. Also, that kind of customer service (or lack thereof) is pretty shocking! Tells me all I need to know about buying from them. I'm so sorry that happened to you!

It’s almost March and this palette is still not released yet, awfully strange. I wonder what is going on. I don’t like this palette much, mostly because I’m not into those baby doll pinks and also only one shimmer is a bummer. I love the glam face palette, I use that a lot.

I have a feeling this will end up in subscription boxes or something down the line and not get an official launch. The reviews are terrible and the blush especially, seems to be unflattering on most skin tones I’ve seen. Weird to have a super cool blush with a warmish gold highlight. They don’t even look right side by side.

I have to think LF screwed up this launch and so ND decided not to release it. Just from a business perspective, it has to be frustrating to time and again have your launches usurped by spoilers when the market is so competitive.

There’s a theory out there that believes ND is actually behind all of her own leaks of palettes, since every single one gets leaked before it’s launched. Others believe the opposite! It’s definitely gotta be frustrating. Other retailers have accidentally launched palettes early and it resulted in some of her best sales (ex. retro glam). I wonder what happened with this one too! 👀
