What an absolutely clever way of using Perfect Pearls on a background ! I love your card. 😊

Even though you like to reuse stamps you always find new and interesting ways to use them so it doesn’t become repetitive. Very beautiful card.

I love how you used the border die with the sentiment. This is such a nice card. I agree with you about finding uses for supplies before purchasing. I haven't fully mastered that yet. I get suckered into buying items because they are pretty then they aren't used. You are absolutely right about supplies being expensive. I now hear your voice in my head before I make a purchase. It has helped me to not make as many. Thank you for being the voice of reason.

I do agree Natasha with us trying to use what we have before getting carried away with buying more stuff! It’s good to have like minded crafters 🤗💕🌈xoxo

Natasha, this is simple to make but gorgeous to look at! Thanks for all of your ideas, and I love your ‘multiple use’ attitude. As you said, supplies are so expensive and we just have soooo much ‘stuff’ generally that it’s good to reuse our supplies. A friend and I often challenge each to see how we can reuse what we already have. I must say, she is very creative! Take care and thanks again. 🌸🌺🌻🌺🌸

Natasha, you always inspire me with your work. I finally was able to purchase this stamp, and the double one I wanted when you did a video with them. I can't wait to create something with both when they arrive. Thank you for always saying "use what you have". I have to start doing this exact thing. Thank you for always being a bright light in our days!!

Gorgeous card! I love how you always promote to use what you have in your stash. I find that most card making videos seem to be nothing more than to sell product, and I simply can't afford to continually keep buying more and more. So thank you for using the same stamp set many times, in many ways. 🙂

If you want to add dimension like you were thinking in the beginning, here’s a tip. Instead of doing the second flower and adding on top with foam tape, just cut around a few of the petal down to the centre of the flower. Not all the way tho, then you can glue down the centre of the flower & a few petals, but lift the cut petals and put a little foam tape under those petals only. You get a similar dimensional layered look, but with only one layer. I’d forgotten all about this too until I heard you in this video, so thanks for reminding me ❤️🇦🇺

I really like how you keep searching your stash to come up with new ideas with previously purchased products. The industry wants to make money and prosper and grow so they keep inventing new ideas using new products. That part will never end because people are creative. As hobbyist’s each of us has to decide what to add to our stash. That’s the hard part.as everything looks so intriguing. (Also the new stuff is getting more expensive and we only have just so much to spend. The more we spend takes away from other things we need to be spending on.)This reply is long but I do agree that we get more creative when we have less. Thanks for holding your own, using what you have, and passing that mindset along. Btw love the perfect pearls usage here! It’s beautiful!
@NatashaFooteCreative3 жыл бұрын
I agree with all of this. I absolutely find that the less that I have to create with, the more creative I become. It's a good reminder every now and then, to stop, and search through our stash, making sure we know what we ACTUALLY have in our collections. Thanks for your lovely comment Dottie, take care!

I was a bit doubtful that this would turn out well but, as always, you've made me a believer. 😉 Another lovely card!!! You are an imaginative magician! And I totally agree with your recommendation on the Versamark pad. I have two of them - one that I use only for sentiments so it stays very clean and leaves crisp images - the 2nd for everything else (which gets dirty but still works fine). Thanks for another wonderful video! Janet 🤗👍💖

Very pretty. I like the background technique you used. I haven't tried it, but wonder if you could do the "stamping off" of the Perfect Pearls onto another piece of cardstock, I'm guessing a dark color would be best, for a twofer!!
