Thank you so much, Natasha, for showing us how to make this template! I've thought about buying the wreath builder tool, but didn't feel it was a great "value-for-money" : ) since I would only use it occasionally. Hi Natasha, in order to "see through" your circle, cut a piece of acetate first, then set your circle on top of the acetate and line it up. That should help with the perfect placement.
@Buncobuddy3 жыл бұрын
Also, if you have a Cricut, you can cut acetate into a 7 inch hexagon from shapes. I just did.

Great tip 👍👍
@karminakarminae19392 жыл бұрын
@@Buncobuddy it looks like you missed the whole point here. She specified that her version is mainly for those not having a digital cutting machine or even a set of hexagonal dies . Out of your ivory tower are people living on tight budget looking for alternative to expensive and most times useless overpriced supplies .

I don't mean this in any sort of negative way, but I was way more thrilled to see you create the hexagon shape than I was about the wreath. I saw a KZbin video, sometime last year, where the lady made a hexagon shaped box card. I absolutely loved it, and though I rarely do this, I ordered some hexagon dies right away! I was so dissapointed (and disgusted with myself) when they arrived and were way too small for what I wanted to make. I just put them aside and they've yet to be used even though I've seen you use hexagon shapes on your cards in previous videos. However, the technique you showed today for the hexagon is just the size I want to try and make a box card. Thank you! Your completed card today was lovely and I'm sure I'll try to make something similar in the future. I have the Gina K wreath maker too and, sadly, have rarely used it. I have enjoyed your videos from the very first one I watched and have been inspired by many of them. You've taught me so many useful little tips that I use almost every time I craft. Thank you so much for everything you do.

This is so pretty and a great idea for the technique. Here in the US, it costs extra to post an "off-sized" envelope, or a square envelope, so I put my square and round cards in a regular-sized rectangular envelope, but I put some double-sided tape on the inside to keep my card from rolling around. So basically, I am shortening the envelope on the inside only.
@NatashaFooteCreative3 жыл бұрын
Oh i Just read this in a comment above..I didn't realise that. So maybe only do this trick when hand delivering! lol. Good idea to shorten the inside of the envelope only.
