Oh my gosh! I was watching this video and enjoying it and suddenly realized who you are! I love your blog; love it. My daughter married a Russian and so we eat Russian food with their relatives and me and my husband have really come to love it. I have gotten so many of my Russian recipes from you. The Russian women I know don't write them down and have difficulty explaining how to make things, although their English is now much better. . Still one of these women I respect and love and is an amazing cook gave you a vote of approval when I told her that I find my recipes on Natasha's kitchen. Wanted to make lemon bars a few days ago, but every local grocery store ran out of the instant stuff. Roommate told me to just look up a recipe on youtube, so after watching a few videos, I decided to go with yours and see what happened. Your explanations for every step were simple and clear, and even though I never really bake anything, the final result ended up being absolutely delicious! Awesome recipe, great video! I love your energy! Must admit I altered it... instead of granulated sugar in crust I used powdered sugar. Also I put the vanilla in the egg mixture not in the crust. Turned out perfect. Thank you
