When my Italian mother married my Ukrainian father in the late 40's she went to dads mom and learned all his favorite recipes and my sister and I have been cooking with them for over 60 years. It just does not get any better, italian and ukrainian food!

I think in your new published book you should have in the beginning a pop out portrait of yourself with your eyebrows going up and down. You know! Like those birthday cards that have movable parts. So, when we are in a recipe where we have to wait for something to bake, we can go back to the front of the cookbook and play with your eyebrows.
