I happened to have all the ingredients and tools to make this! Fabulous! I had two issues- since my pan is 11 inches wide, I had to move it off the cookie sheet to cut to the very end. Secondly, I had to pull some off before the time because the outside edges got browner faster than inside. But other than that, no issues. I will be making these again and again

I've made this twice & maj of them are burnt around the edge or v.dark brown - they taste amazing but will try again at much lower temp.

So the sourdough discards that you are saying, are those from on the process of making sourdough? Or this is the full fermented dough on the 7th day(as per your making the sourdough video)?

The discard is what you’re throwing away from the process of making the starter. But, you continue to discard and feed your starter consistently to keep it alive, even after it’s made/established, so you’ll always have discard on hand.

I don’t think it’s a problem in recipe, most likely it’s the parchment paper. Try the different type of parchment paper, I know when you use some type of parchment paper it sticks, mostly I buy parchment paper in Costco, and I had no problem with sticking like I had with another ones
