Nate Diaz' Communication Skills | Reaction & Analysis

My first time reacting to Nate Diaz' communication skills. I looked at a couple clips from a UFC on Fox segment & a UFC 241 post-fight interview with ESPN.

I used to know the Diaz brothers years ago (before they were this famous) and Nate is a very real, kind, and genuine person. Also, the respect and admiration between him and his brother is incredibly sweet. I was happy to see they both found so much success.

Nick Diaz next please! He is so much more anxious and nervous during interviews. He becomes far more articulate when speaking about topics he cares about, otherwise he has a low tolerance for bs conversation and questions. But he bounces his leg, deep breaths breathing in with his nose and out his mouth, self soothing motions. Dude missed a press conference with GSP bc it was sensory overload.

Good analysis. I worked on selling Nate a car when I lived in Stockton when he was just starting and had only recently been signed with whoever these guys start out with. He wanted to buy a new Honda Accord but unfortunately we didn't make a deal. I remember very well asking what his job was and he said he was a fighter, and I remember thinking, sure you are. Turned out he's a great fighter! What did I know? Down payment, monthly payment, sign here. He was virtually the same then as he appears in interviews and the guy's analysis seems accurate .

I used to serve at a restaurant in Lodi and Nate would come in a lot. I was the only dude on the wait staff so I always had the hostess give me his table. Dude was always cool as hell. Probably helped I didn’t ruin his time by geeking out on him lol. Vegan warrior right there.
