I’m glad you brought up Zac Robinson, Sanjit. I know we were interested in hiring Robinson or Kubiak for our OC position, but none of those guys are having success WITH veteran QBs. Moving forward for the Raiders, I think we should be VERY worried about being able to get a good OC if AP sticks around. Who’s going to want to come in for one year with the possibility of AP getting fired if we don’t win? Personally, this doesn’t bode well for APs future because Mark Davis and Brady are going to want to draft a young QB and put him into an ideal situation and not one where he’s going to have another head coach after one year. Just a thought..

Glaze was a third round pick. No one is saying he’s a superstar. He’s shown enough to be hopeful that he’s the long term answer at RT though. He’s still developing.

Agree. But he does need to continue to develop and improve. I think that he might be better fit at guard because he gets beat by guys with speed on pass rush.

Well he was thought to be a reach but maybe he wasn’t. Plus he’s very young. I believe he was 21 when he was drafted. Lots of room to grow.

The thing with Glaze is, he can clearly play. The flashes are 100% there. With OL you just know when someone can play and someone can't play. Like with Kolton in his early years, you knew he could play because he showed it on the field periodically, then would do something boneheaded like fall down. E.g. With Gallery and Leatherwood, you knew from Day-1, something was very wrong.

Well Gallery ended up being a good guard. Obviously you draft a guy at #2 overall to be a good guard. Leatherwood was bad wherever he played.

@SanjitT this is off topic from the vid but it is on my mind....who to draft..My first gut instinct is Sanders....however.....if we don't fix our line and Sanders is a pure pocket passer...how can he succeed? AOC is a pocket passer and continues to be hurt!...Cam Ward can use his legs ...not my first choice but may be the choice as they are so close imho ....thoughts?

Tanking gets you a franchise qb....... You think we can compete in our division with no head coach OR qb for the next decade??? We got 3 HOF coaches in the division, a qb who's rookie of the year, another qb who's quickly becoming an assassin game manager and one is possible the next GOAT. You really honestly believe the best course of action is to drop in the draft to 9 or 10 where we lived for years, and just pray AOC becomes a halfway decent qb and AP finally starts coming up with schemes and gameplans??? Picks aren't guaranteed but you know what is??? Being fourth in the division next year if we bring back Frankenstein AOC and interim-ass AP.

The worst O-line play in the league. Doesn't matter how many stars you have if they're running stupid routes and your O-line can only block as a unit for .75 seconds on both pass and run plays.....

Agree 100. Neither of these top 2 QB prospects is guaranteed to be above average. The guy at Oregon and Penn State could be drafted in the 2nd round and develop into solid players

Raiders draft must go like this, #1 - Travis Hunter WR/CB, #2 - Cam Skaettebo RB, #3 - Trade third rounders back into 2nd for Drew Allar QB. Shedeur, Cam, are not the answer here. I keep telling yall, Raiders haven't developed a rookie QB into a star since Ken Stabler. Some teams have done that 3, 4, even 5 times. Milroe can survive because he is a better improvisor than Cam and Sanders...maybe we can take him and maybe lightening will hit and he'll develop. The only pro-ready QB that can play for the Raiders is Drew Allar

Just tank baby, I hope we most of all lose to the Jags but we need 2 more loses for me to be happy with the tankathon and draft position. Young high talent QB, offensive line, WR1, Defensive End, RB, DB, LB (in that order of need) should be restocked after a complete tank this year in the draft and free agency. With Bowers, JPJ, Miller, Meyers, McCormick, Mayer on offense & w/ Crosby, Spillane, Moehrig, Wilkins, Bennet on defense: if you get a real QB (even a young high talent developing one), Oline and WR1 you’ve got a offense that can get you into the wildcard year one. If you can get another DE, another above average DB off the cut you’ve got the pieces to finally really be a top 3 defense again and give that young guy opportunities to learn the pro game real time.

I’ve been watching a lot of film lately and Dillon Gabriel is the best qb to take in the first round. We don’t need diva Shedeur or simp hunter. Can ward is nice but Dillon has the skills for an NFL starting qb. He’s smart and understands how to read defenses. I’ll take Ward second if he’s gone or jeanty if dillon and cam are gone. But please for the love of GOD no sanders or hunter.🙏I’m begging Telesco and Brady and stupid Mark no Sheduer or hunter. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! I’m begging you lord.

The Raiders desperately need some alphas on the field. Right now, there is only one alpha on offense, and that's my man Brock Bowers. JPJ will 100% get there too, but he is not yet there. Raiders must draft Travis Hunter, he will make the whole team better and get more edge. We must draft Cam Skattebo. He and Sincere will balance well and tear the AFC West up. We must draft Drew Allar, I think he is the best QB in this draft if he declares. He is 99% impossible to bring down at 6'5 and make juke moves. We'll never miss a 4th and 1 again

Our season looks like Chargers season last year (somewhat the same similar outcome). I’m on to the draft and looking at our young players. We need depth at every position. We need a HC to compete in our Div. QB to stay with all the good qbs in our division. We’re basically dead last in every facet of every metric. We’re in a hard rebuild and AP doesn’t have any experience in building or rebuilding a team. We tried but time to turn over team to great experience.

There is a 0.0% chance the raiders ever make this game competitive. Kirk cousins will throw for 350+ and 3 TDs with ZERO INTs. Raiders offense will score no points. I don’t see them having any sort of success this game. I’ll be surprised if we pass mid field honestly

The most important thing I can say, THANK GOD FOR TOM TELESCO. You can say what you want, but he is one of the best 1% drafters in the NFL. He picked superstars in SD, he did it in Yr-1 with the Raiders. With TT, no games, no reaching, no BS - best player available - PERIOD! I know Tom will make the right choice. I don't think Tom Brady will have the cahones to try and supplant Telesco. He is new to the Raiders, and he won't want to stick his neck out, especially since he'll be on TV a lot.
