Ward devoted his time to keep playing for his daughter and Trent will do the same for his twins, but hes on IL so hopefully he comes back soon too. No matter what happens on the field, they took the time needed, stayed with the team and came back when they felt ready and its a hard time for both of them so not only SF understands but the opposing teams and NFL will too, its showing the sense of sportsmanship and love for the players and their families. Campbell however showed hes not part of that and wants no part of that either

What cracks me up is when the 49ers have a talented team expected to be a title contender; they get pity when their season goes bad and they now have to pay their QB $60m/yr. But the Cowboys equally talented already paying their QB top market value for several years are criticized. When both teams have been decimated with injuries. People trying to fire McCarthy and feeling sorry for poor Kyle. It’s really good as a Cowboys fan to see a former all pro LB walk off the field for the 49ers. Priceless

I don’t want to hear excuses for this team. The Bucs have been THE most injured team this year and are sitting at 7-6

Campbell's actions were premeditated. He sent out a tweet pre-game stating that he was being used wrong and that a team will get a good LB. talking about himself. He had this all planned out.
