Fuuuuuuuck, that’s rough. I’ve been doing these 5 days a week and my hands hurt!!!! Even with wraps and gloves. But that’s not the hard part. 😂😂😂 Luckily I run so have decent lungs but doing this in a mask at the gym is killer. Dropped 15lbs in a month!! 🥊💪👊

To make it more challenging , I do a 20 min boxing hiit or shadow boxing before a 20 minute heavy bag workout. Then if anything is left,😎 5 min core. Done.

I do 3 min rounds with 1 min rest in between ... just like in the ring !
