As always, a great, fun, challenging workout. My only suggestion is there should be a caveat that not everyone is going to burn 1000 calories. I've been working out long enough to know that I'm not going to burn that many calories, but others may be disappointed if they don't realize that calories burned is individual. For example, I worked hard and only burned 300+ calories with an average heart rate of 151 for the workout. Even if I worked harder, I still wouldn't get close to 1000 calories.

I have a problem, im 6.1 but my reach is 5.11 and my coaches and teammates assume my reach is long because of my height so every time the try to teach me the long range style nad is really weird 4 me to fight like that

I always wondered why my left hook always came out with more swing and stronger, and got frustrated why my right hook wouldnt come out as strong...thank you! You explained its because its not designed to be the same punch from its conception

Definitely doesn’t burn 1000 calories. You’ll get to 600-700 at most. still a good workout though.
