Well you ended the year with one of my favorite homes of all time. I love that the living room and kitchen are separate spaces. The family room is in a perfect spot for me and there’s plenty of space to hang a big screen television. The master bath is just gorgeous, I could move in tomorrow. Great job of filming Nate and can’t wait for next year. God bless.

I love that Master bath and kitchen. I sure wish they had that wand near the bench, though. That optional outside is sweet. That laundry room is over the top. Guest rooms are child sized, though. It might not be THE one for me, but I sure wouldn't say no to living there...

I truly love the curb appeal of the outside of this home!!! The foyer, with a closet, is very nice. For me, that low wall with seating is just the right amount of needed separation, so it’s not too open!!! I would want cabinets with wood, rather than white, and different flooring and countertops. But, this layout and floor plan is quite nice! I definitely like the wood poles rather than wire racks in the closet space. Very nice utility room!!! Great master bathroom, except for that crazy shower that looks more like a car wash 😮. That’s a fantastic price for what you can get!!! Thanks Nate, and have a Happy New Year 2025 🥳

This home is beautiful and well priced. The only thing I would recommend is, change the closet in the main bedroom, there is no place to put the flat screen, also, need french doors off the den so one could put a deck... Darealdeal

Nice layout. Livingroom is nice. Oh I recognize this floor plan. I dislike the eating area in the kitchen. I'd make the den a diningroom. Familyroom/mydiningroom looks bigger than it was before. Bedrooms all good sizes. Beautiful home Thank you for the tour. Happy New Year!

I like the layout and storage…I would turn the family room into an office/craft room. I do wish they had left room in the laundry room for a chest freezer. I would also prefer to have quartz or granite counter tops, and maybe some real wood counter top on the island in the kitchen.

Hi Nate - my Winston Helicon 2.0 has that type of wall cabinet in the bathroom. I hated it and put a nice dresser type cabinet there. I’m not a fan of open shelving. You are doing a fantastic job!!

Why are there sooo many cabinets in this home? I love the layout but I wish some of the cabinet areas could be repurposed. Maybe a deeper pantry instead in the kitchen Or space for an extra freezer in the utility room.

That shower is an accident waiting to happen. The “landing pad” doesn’t make any sense. Tile is slippery when wet. Also, it would be difficult for a person with limited mobility to navigate.

I thought the guest bedrooms were a little small. The other thing I would question is since the family room is at one end of the house and someone has to.use the bathroom, they have to go the entire length of the house (unless you want them using your personal bathroom).

I kinda like the layout whoever staged this one did an excellent job. If I were to spec this home I’d see if it was possible to setup the family room as a formal dining room instead, keep the current dining area as more a breakfast nook and have either a sliding or regular backdoor from the current dining area that leads to a back deck area. Master bathroom is near perfect but having a fiberglass shower pan and bench is kinda a let down with how nicely the rest of the shower is tiled I know cost cutting… but honestly how much more would it be to be all tile or stone 🤷‍♂️

I would have preferred the den appended to the Master Suite, bigger master walkin closet, bigger pantry and kitchen. Honestly a good price for what it is, but we need to see far more open space triple wides at good prices. Also many older folks don't need more than an extra room.

I live in australia. Started watching these tours last week. Hello! We have nothing like this here. I'm a little upset our houses aren't as cool and definitely not prefab. We mostly have made to order homes i complain are made out of cardboard. Anything built before maybe 2010 is nicer. I like character in a home.

You could'nt pay me to live in one of these homes. The master tub looks like a utility sink. The kitchen is poorly designed, you have to walk around the table to get to the fridge. I hate the barn door over the pantry and the kitchen sink should be under a window. Try touring craftsman homes; now that would be surprising and unexpected. It would also show you what real homes are.
