I think I would put the entertainment center on the opposite wall so it wasn’t being walked in front of constantly, nice home great tour!

Like that you don't see the kitchen soon as you walk in or even for the most part from the living room.

I like the fact that you didn't see the kitchen right away as you walked in. The kitchen just didn't do a thing for me, not enough space, it felt kind of tight to me, plus need more pantry room, do lots of canning. I also do not like carpet going down the hall way. I did love the large living room and the way the door to the master sweet was placed and done. I would not want to purchase this place, you have shown better homes.

I really liked this one! I would tweak a few things and add one of those awesome smugglers pantries. Great design with the hidden kitchen and having a foyer.

I like the layout of the house. However I most likely would opt out one of those extra large windows in the kitchen to put a smaller window & move the sink over there under the window & add more cabinetry with a microwave insertion. I would definitely opt. out of having the built-in tv stand on that particular small wall. The carpet in the living room makes the house look dated, just carpet in the bedrooms for me. The house is not bad just some minor tweaking here & there, I'm sold!!!

I really liked this home. It needs some changes but they are minor. For instance the toilet in the MBR needs to be in that closet for privacy. 250-285K.

This one wasn't my favorite for some reason it just didn't appeal to me although I really like the floor plan too. Did that home have a microwave, cuz I didn't catch it? All and all, not a bad home - the tour was great as usual!

A pretty quirky design. Seems to be a lot of wasted space and not enough Outlets throughout.. Additionally in the living room I would use the larger wall for my TV and entertainment center. It seems It's kind of in the way if you're running back and forth to the kitchen and requires that you turn the couches around. And the kitchen could be a larger because a large home should have room for more utility like a larger refrigerator. Thumbs down on this one Nate. Hello Raiden! Good touring though.
