Looks so good you can't tell its not a site built home.

Today we are looking at the Pinehurst, by Friendship Homes. This home at its widest is 41' x 60' long. This home looks like a site built home both outside and inside. When you look a the floor plan its hard to see its not a site built home. It has tray ceilings and a huge living room with fireplace and built in entertainment center. I really loved this house. Personally, I would have liked a slightly larger hm about 2k. That would give more sq footage for a larger utility rm. A spot for a freezer and sm pantry. I would love to see a garbage pull out drawer by the kitchen sink too. I'd like to see a slightly longer vanity in secondary bathroom too. Its really lovely and would love to buy with a few modifications. Another great tour thank you!

I like that all the bedrooms are on the same side only not right off the kitchen and dining room..I really like all the colors as shown throughout the whole tour, 🤔 I would have to change that backsplash though, possibly with the same colorings just not so textured as to be troublesome in cleaning it, and that hot-spot built into the counter top was a real surprise to see 🤯, thank you Nate it was a very nice tour of a very nice home. Hello Nate! This place is kinda nice. But there are things I'd need to change. In the Master Bathroom, remove the shelves between the sinks; just leave one sink so you have counter space; replace tub with handicapped tub; put bench seat in and door on shower. In Utility room I would put a Pantry, #1,in the middle where the F/H is shown and move those, one to the shown linen closet & one to coat closet, (by the way, the floorplan shows the pantry in that middle closet space); or #2, move back door and put it where window is and use that space plus coat closet space to put in a Pantry. Either would probably work , but #1 would probably be best. I would cut down the island in kitchen to about half it's length and put wheels on it. I'd also rather have a gas cook stove; we don't need a dishwasher, so remove that and put another cabinet there. I'd use the biggest guest bedroom as my Library Music Studio Room. I'd set that extra space in living room up as an Office, as you actually suggested, and maybe see about closing it off some. I'd change the electric fireplace to a butane fireplace if I couldn't have a wood-burning fireplace; don't like electric fireplaces, what if your electricity goes off and it's super cold and you don't have a generator? Carpets in Living Room and Bedrooms only. As I said Nate, nice place. Hey I bet your son will love the fact you waved at him twice! Good video Nate and God bless y'all.

Again needs to use nicer doors throughout. Really nice kitchen. Great tile in kitchen. Love the barn doors. Like the sink in laundry room. Again upgrade the common bathrooms. Window above bathtub. You're my very favorite tour guide. Love the LR ceiling and nice modern fan. Love the closets none of that cheap wire shelving. Love the white cabinetry and door pulls! This is the latest look in decor. Great master bath.

Dealbreaker with that primary suite right off of the dining room. Talk about lack of privacy right in the center of the heart of the house surrounded by all of the major living spaces. So, if my husband is having one of his football or basketball bash with his buddies there's no privacy for me the QUEEN!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Definitely a beautiful home, the wall with the television really sets the room off from other homes. I guess my one complaint is them using the lattice board to cover the bottom of the home on the outside. It looks like this was an afterthought to cover that area at the last moment. It just seemed to make the home look cheap when it’s a very nice home.

Hello Nate!!! I really really liked this one even though the master bedroom is right off the dining room… it’s not a dealbreaker though. Pull up the carpet and put gas stove and fireplace plus add a couple more poles in master closet for me….. I do love the flooring in the kitchen and bath’s. This one IS a keeper! I love the porch. I'd make some minor changes for personal preference. FINALLY, no little window in the shower! :) I agree, the back of the stove would be hard to clean. Maybe if sprayed with a degreaser when you cleaned up the kitchen after dinner and were wiping down the counters and stovetop anyways? Still love the home and you could change the things you don't like.

Like the home, not the location of the master bedroom door but small sacrifice for other pluses. That glass tile accent in the master shower would be what would work behind the stove. I like what they have but not in the kitchen. That closet in The utility space I would set up as a pantry and the recessed space in the back of the living room perfect place for My Piano and entry way great place for My large curio cabinet. The barn door takes up a lot of wall space to open so maybe get regular doors done up with that barn door look, I've seen that in another home. I would not frost those windows at all over the tub and I'm surprised you didn't mention the two transom windows in the master closet. The only major change I'd like is that the two windows in the master bedroom be smaller in width and on either side of the wall not smack in the middle so a bed could be placed between them on that wall instead of the one it's on. One thing I'm confused over is why is the HDMI cable in the wall in the left built in that you said use for the TV which was sitting on the fireplace mantel surely you don't wrap the cord over across the wall and side of the mantle up to the TV. Didn't see any electrical outlets in the ends of the island in the kitchen so that would need to be added.

Love this plan...except for the closet off the primary bath. Who wants their clean clothes smelling musty because of the shower? Otherwise, I'm loving everything else. It's a good use of space without being too big for cleaning. Would have liked a den too, but this is awesome!!!

nice home. No exhaust vent above shower in master bath? The double doors in 2nd bedroom seem to take up a lot of space when opened, maybe just a sliding barn door like the rest of the house. As a modular, moving the HVAC to the basement would give you the pantry for the kitchen? Overall, great layout. I would consider this one.

It looks like you have your camera set on a weird setting that stretches out the picture which makes it impossible to get a feel for the actual sizes of these rooms. I don't like the black and the TV hook up isn't behind where the TV actually goes, you would have to stretch the cord across the wall in an unsightly manner.

Where you are seeing the cord is where you would put your reciever, cable box or whatever sends the signal to your TV. That cable comes out right behind the TV at the other end.

Has anyone noticed how small the living rooms are getting and the kitchen almost too big? I like a big kitchen but the living room is almost like a sitting area. Don't like the master off the dining room or shelf on the master sink. No elbow room. I'm also getting tired of the same gray plank flooring. Will become dated fast.
