I love the foyer and entrance hall..looks very nice to walk inside the door in this nice entrance hall...The living room is a great size and looks very relaxing and comfortable to come home to after a long day..Of course the kitchen is absolutely immaculate,and what a good size Pantry...Those dining room window's are long and really helps brighten up the dining room..Thank You for showing us another beautiful 🏠..😊🌻🌞☀️🌼😃

Those two big drawers in the island are dish drawers, not pit and pan drawers. You can get kits for dividers and pegs to separate the dishes. If you notice there are no upper cabinets large enough to hold dish ware. That is a problem of a lot of these modular homes. Take notice when you are going through them from now on.

Hello Nate! I'm going to go ahead a start putting my two cents worth in. I just watched through the pantry. #1) In the foyer where the table and mirror are I would build a small coat closet. #2) Where the entrainment center is in the Living Room I'd have a gas fireplace put in or maybe a wood-burning fireplace/stove. Carpet in the Living Room. #3) In the Kitchen the sink would be moved to underneath the windows and those windows would be openable. I'd put in a lot smaller island and put wheels on it. We don't need a dishwasher. I love the location of the Microwave! I also very much like that Pantry! #4) If possible in the Dining Room I'd make at least one of those windows into a door and build an enclosed deck/porch outside it. I'd also need to put in a smaller table and move it closer the the kitchen so there is room on that accent wall for Grandma's China Cabinet. Room for that China Cabinet is a Must!! #5) The Den would be turned into the Gym, and probably just left open as there's just the two of us. Out that back door we'd build a Garage with a Storage unit in it and probably a Pet Shower. #6) The Utility Room I would be changing. First those barn doors would have to go, and the opening made a tad smaller and left open. Then I would close off the Utility Room where the island is, even with the door opening I think. Then I'd remove the island, and build a closet to house the furnace and the water heater - which is where they should be! I think you are correct and an upright Freezer would fit in that area; and if it won't after my rearranging, then the freezer would go in the garage. The door into the utility room would then be put next to the high barn door opening. The other side of the room I would make into an Office, just as you suggested, and I had already decided on when I saw the plans. That area in front would be a very small hall, more like a foyer I guess. And the door to my Office would be put right there, across from the Utility Room door. #7) Bedrooms 2 & 3 would be my rooms. The bathroom between these two rooms would be left as is, and so would the other Guest Bedroom, carpet in the bedroom. One of the other bedrooms would be turned into my Library with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace. Carpet in the sitting area. The other bedroom would be turned into my Music Studio Rooms and would be soundproofed. #8) The Master Bedroom is very nice, carpet in the bedroom. I'm very glad the Closet opening is in the bedroom not the bathroom! The Vanity looks long enough to give me a good countertop space! And the shelving and cabinets around it looks really nice. The Shower needs a door and bench. It actually looks like it's wide enough for me not to have to turn sideways to get in it! Of course I'd have to replace the tub for a Handicapped Tub. But that commode closet...no way will it work for me! It is wayyyyyyy to narrow!! So, make the water closet part of the regular Closet. And put the commode on the wall once you close up the water closet. Leave it in the open, we don't really need an enclosed water closet and I prefer an open one. If there is still not room enough, then remove the shelving right there, and just put shelves above the commode. Shame to have to do that as I do like those shelves/cabinets being on both sides of the vanity. And also those barn doors will have to go. A Pocket Door would be better. #9) We'd build porches all around if possible, some enclosed and some just covered. Anyway Nate, a good video. It may be a tad pricey though. Oh well. Beautiful home! Personally I'd would put a coat closet right when you walk into the home instead of the counter with cabinets below. I would change that office/cupboard area in the laundry room into a ½ bath. Then in the master I would bring the toilet forward and have it at the end of the counter for the sinks which would make the closet bigger. And though that tub was beautiful I would prefer a built in tub, more stability for some of us older viewers. But those are my personal preferences.

Although I am no fan of open concept, but over all it is a very nice home with lots of room for entertaining. I really don't like that the pots and pans draw was not on the side closes to the stove, someone dropped the ball on that one, hope they will rethink that. I liked everything else about the home . Thanks for showing us this home. I would like to see smaller homes for smaller families if you come across some, you are doing a great job with finding all these home and I do enjoy watching and seeing what is out there.

First bedroom with flooring would be an office, hence the no rug.Wall unit in utility room is a crafting area. Me personally the tub would go in master bath and the dishwasher would go and there's your pots and pan drawers, closer to stove, the other deep drawers are for dishes. The entry is pretty but a coat closet would be better. The kitchen sink would be moved to underneath the window. The hall bath needs to be larger with double sinks and a linen closet not cubbies. Laundry room is pretty but I’d rather have the furnace and water heater in there. Main bedroom closet is great and the bathroom needs closets not cubbies and I didn’t see any outlets above the counter. Like the wooden racks and the stove vent. Pantry is nice.

Basically saw this home with one of the other guys, had some small differences. But basically the same. The entry way cabinets need shelves inside otherwise it's a useless piece, the den is nice and laundry room OFFICE SPACE is very nice too. The other one had a water valve at the base for a refrigerator that would have water and ice making capabilities which makes much more sense than a freezer since the den is right there where you would want access to cold drinks and food while down in the Den instead of going all the the way to the kitchen. The cabinets in the bathroom and laundry need doors on the open Holes aka cubbies but it's a perfect set up already for kid's doing homework and having their own space and supplies that can be neatly stored away and computer use possible with the power and charging plugs. The folding counter also had many open Holes that would benefit from door's as well as the Holes in the master bathroom cabinets NEED DOOR'S NOT HOLES.

This is the third time I have watched this vid. I don't mind them as long as they're not used for the bathroom door. I firmly believe a bathroom door should have somewhat of a seal. That cuts down on any noise, transmission or any aromas that might happen to be generated in there. 🙂 Also no good for bedroom doors either. 😉

I don't think a woman designed that master bath. Look at the way the tub is designed for those windows? A man had to design that one. I do like the house but...not that window. I'd take the tub and put it where the shower is and the shower where the window is. Cause ahhh no way am I gonna bathe in that tub Infront of that window. Dah the idiots should know better. There is a few changes I'd make tho. Other than the master bath. Other wise it's not my fav but it's nice.
