Michael is the one in. million as he was born only to do what he has one with photography. I realized that when I watched the documentary Vumbi Pride, becaue I'm somewhat obsessed with lions and am stricken wih heartache over finding out all I have just in the past few years when I accidentally stumbled on a video of Kevin Richardson and to see his relationship with his lions. I was instantly awed by the social being a lion is added to their power and status. I set out then to know lions, so when I did and learned a lion, why a lion is a lion, their life is complicated and as they are survivers they have been struggling against man and it's nt getting any better for them, to save the lion for years to come, it will take what I can't begin to imagine ...... a multi level campaign aimed at working on all that has affected them negatively. People are going to have to think differently and focus on making it posible to protect what habitat is left, as in not to take anymorei that's been taken already. Anyway to see his passion through his work is one of the great aspects of living life and being satisfied.

Documentaries focus on the hunt and the river crossing and fighting and all that "commercial" stuff, and it's awesome, but it would be cool to see the whole life of the animals not just those commercial parts, with cameras and drones and such becoming cheaper and platforms like youtube hopefully better in depth documentaries with a smaller audience will become economically viable.

It is true wildlife is disappearing , But there are times when we need to watch something simply for our enjoyment and not always have to hear the sad tail of our enviroment in trouble.
