Finally 🙏some body from the West Media has begun to address Ma Ganga as Ganga and not Ganges 🙄. I liked the tone of the Narrative which was more in tune with the Phenomenal Timelessness of Ganga. And also how he folded hands 🙏 shows a bit of hope that the attitude of the Western Media could change for the better of Humanity...

West gets its legitimacy bcos we give it to them. The day all the sanatanis started calling out the west for its lies and hypocracy, they would bwmd down to their knees and ask our forgiveness. Civilizations form around rivers for a reason. When rivers perish, so will the civilizations. India is gifted with mighty rivers from the pristine Himalayas. One of the finest ways to pay respect to Ganga is to avoid polluting her. Regards from Los Angeles.

True, a river that is mother to largest civilization on the earth. That gets water from top of mount Everest, and indian ocean, bay of bengal, arabian sea and caspian sea. World's largest glacial river. Which starts from world's largest mountain and ends at world's largest mangrove forest. Which is considered sacred not only in indian civilization, but Roman civilization too. (Ganges is actually Greek name).

Ganga is sacred, for a reason, it's the Richest., richer than Nile, Amazon or Mississippi or Yangtze Kiang. Ganga provides life to the densest region in the world, nearly 0.80 billion people (2.5 times of the USA or 1.5 times of Europe) live in it's influence, it contains the most silt of any river in the world, which makes all the regions in its influence "Fertile", it's the reason India stayed the richest in Agriculture from ancient times to this day.

It is nice to hear name ganga properly my Brits , American always butcher it to "genges" or "canges".😂 Brits really live upto their status quo when it comes to speaking up a word from different language . This river is holy to us. We will protect it to all cost as well yamuna. All this rivers are very important to our faiths and connection towards our country.

Nurturing Earth??? Or Nurturing Part of India? It is just a River who is Located in India same as the Nile River Who is Located in Egypt or the Amazon Who is Located in Brazil Or Dijla And Forat River Located in Iraq. All those Ancient River. The Hamlyaia Mountain is the Reason Why Ganga River was Formed just like other Big River In India. Who told you Ganga is Nurturing Earth? I Live in Canada So you Saying Ganga is Nurturing Canada?

@@moebazzi340 are you really dumb or you did some special courses in dumbness? 1. Is India or northern part of India not located on earth? So isn’t Ganga nurturing the earth? 2. It is not “just” a river like Nile, because many non-Indian scientists have proved that the purity and medicine-properties of Ganga are much more compared to other rivers in world. 3. Is Canada not a part of earth? Is INDIA located outside earth? 4. Are the benefits of Ganga (direct or indirect) only limited for north Indians ppl? Do you know how the Ganga, the food produced due to irrigation of water, fishery business and many more direct indirect business limited only for North India? Is the benefit not given or received by any other parts of India? 5. Tourism is also major revenue due to Ganga. Where not only Indians but even american or canadians visit and help Indian economy. Also, as you said - “you are living in Canada and That is why Ganga is not nurturing the earth” so does CANADA means EARTH? I really pity those ppl in CANADA who need to deal with u on everyday basis😂😂😂😂

One of the marvellous civil engineering tasks in ancient India was to bring Ganga from the Himalayas the skies to the planes the earth. To understand this civil engineering work of making channels in the mountains and giving the river a path to follow one needs to visit the high mountains from where it originates. The tapasya of Bhagirath was this great task of civil engineering which our ancient texts describe as a divine work so that masses can know it in simple words and pass on to their children as stories .

This is an extremely optimistic videos....but the ground reality is that the Ganga is lethally polluted and the breeding area of diseases, especially the lower course regions. Need to change people's mentality, if we want to save Ganga for the future.

Thanks to the narrator for the rare accurate pronunciation (0:05) in Western media of the term, "Himalaya", with the emphasis on the 2nd syllable - and not the 3rd as it is often done in the West - where the conjunction of the 2 words, "hima" (snow) and "alaya" (abode), takes place. The singular status of *the* abode of snow - which is true, certainly, for the region - is also underscored by avoiding the oft-used plural term "Himalayas" that is the norm for denoting a mountain range.

What i meant by diverting is not actual take the part of rivier & running through states but to build & run a pipeline of water to different states without affecting the other source & eco system. Its needs a out of the box thinking to implement this
