Great info! I had my gallbladder removed 15 years ago and I found out about Tudca 2 years ago , it has helped me tremendously! My husband had his appendix removed when he was a teenager. Can you please talk about the appendix? No one EVER talks about that and what you need to do to support it. Thank you for all that you do ❤

Please remind people without gallbladders not to take ox bile with their meals. The stomach needs to acidify the food first. Waiting 2 to 3 hours after a meal will allow the stomach to do it's job, and then the ox bile can come in afterwards to do it's job. Timing is key for efficacy. 😊

To break down the stones, do you think it would be better to take Tudca after a meal or at night on an empty stomach?

specifically to assist in dissolving stones I'd look at Malic Acid and a supplement called Chanca Piedra in addition to the Tudca. Tudca won't break them down as much as keep the bile flowing which should also be helpful. But when it comes to stones please be cautious and aware of any symptoms that could indicate a blockage of bile ducts - these need to be addressed medically and immediately.

Hi. I’m in a liver/gallbladder FB group and everyone in the group says to take a binder with Tudca. Do you think that is necessary?

I don't think it is absolutely necessary but if you are clearing extra toxins and your gut motility isn't ideal its probably a good idea...you would take the binder away from it though

I am about a month and a half away from gallbladder surgery. I have stones and sludge. Would it be possible to run this regiment and avoid the removal of my gallbladder?

You could try - start low and slow and see how you feel...there's also an herbal supplement called Chanca Piedra that may help to break up stones....Malic acid can also help to soften stones. Hydrate and when you eat foods with healthy fats make sure you take Ox Bile to help with digestion. While a high fat diet may not be appropriate for you at this moment, the paradox is that a no fat diet will actually exacerbate the problem. So. Go slow and feel your way.

Are you only taking the ox bile when you take your Tudca?

Tudca is wonderful, take anytime! Only take ox bile if you have gallbladder issues or no gallbladder! If you still choose oxbile.... take away from food... highly alkaline... will neutralize your stomach ability to digest...cause big digestive issues

Currently I take them together yes I don't seem to have trouble digesting fats in my meals so I don't feel that I need t use it all the time.

Should anyone take Tudca continuously or should you always cycle it?

I am always a fan of cycling supplements and it ultimately depends on your situation But if you struggle with fat digestion a supplement like OxBile can be something that you use consistently
